Villa Venzala Petit is a sweet 2-bedroomed property with private pool perfectly located in the area of La Font, between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The area of La Font is well known all over the island for being one of the most exclusive neighborhoods, perfectly located between town and sea and offering a unique atmosphere: classy yet in close proximity to amenities. In this beautiful environment, Villa Venzala Petit is a true gem among the green hills: surrounded by extensive private gardens, provided with a large private pool and air-conditioned interiors, it is the perfect holiday home for a couple or a small family looking for privacy together with a true Mallorcan feeling. The sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa are just a few minutes drive away, as is the historical center of Pollensa, perfect for an evening meal out.

Inside, the villa is set over one floor and features large shaded terraces and pergolas perfect for al-fresco dining. The interiors have been carefully furnished with a mixture of antique and new pieces to provide all the comforts of a modern holiday with an added touch of personality. There is one large lounge with adjoining dining area (sofas, satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, wi-fi internet), a separate fully equipped kitchen (4 cooking rings, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine), 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with 2 shower shower bathrooms.

If the interiors of Villa Venzala Petit are delightfully pretty, the outdoor areas of the property are definitely amazing. The villa is surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn, pergolas, local trees and shrubs. The large private pool measures 7m x 5m (depth is between 1m and 1.7m) and access is via Roman Steps. Four comfortable sunbeds as well as parasols are provided (additional shade is offered by the beautiful trees of the garden). For the lovers of delicious charcoal-grilled meals a barbecue is available together with pleasant furnished outdoor areas (comprising a fantastic terrace and a charming pergola).

Great little villa - could benefit from some little updates
Great little villa, in excellent location - pool and outdoor seating and bbq area are fabulous. But, it could do with a few updates inside as some of the furniture was a little shabby (bases falling out in bedroom drawers etc), none of the table lamps worked and the bathroom would also benefit from a facelift (we had a leak which took a couple of days to get fixed).

Great accommodation Pollensa
The accommodation is located very well. Supermarket nearby. It was also a very good starting point for several biketrails. The outside area of the house is very nice. There was a good communication with Easyvillas. - we missed some kitchen gear + has to little light at the kitchen counter - the badroom is dated but ok -the cleaners came before we checked out. It was communicated that they could start at 9 but the were even earlier. It's not a nice ending of your holidays being rushed up. Our suggestion would be: let the cleaners start after the check out. - the wateringsystem of the garden wasn't fasten well, so it popped of the outside crane early in the morning.

VERY GOOD QUIET BASE
Great location, peaceful yet near Pollença and other beautiful towns. The lidl effectively at the end of the road, made the advantages of a villa stay easier as well. The Villa was spacious, and very nicely designed, with really good outdoor space, even if our Easter visit meant we didn’t enjoy it as much as we would have in the summer, the same with the pool. In particular we really appreciated that things like bin bags, and loo roll, washing tablets etc often excluded were there for us on the day we arrived. Maybe not the biggest cost, but one of the biggest annoyances with a villa stay. So thank you for that In summary we would happily return. Thank you fo a lovely stay. I’d have preferred a double bed not two singles, and duvets, as at this time of year nights are cold.
