Villa Vallori with big private pool is in a fantastic position, only in a 5 minutes’ walk to Cala Sant Vicens, a beautiful beach with spectacular views and crystal-clear waters. This beautiful 3-bedroom Villa is finished with fresh interiors all on one floor. Air conditioning/ heating in all bedrooms, WiFi included.

You reach Villa Vallori outside with an exterior stair gate to the beautiful pool area. The inviting large terrace is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. On the left hand side the covered terrace invites to enjoy numerous al fresco dining with family and friends and provides shade during the day. You will love the view to the typical Majorcan bricked stone wall with Mediterranean plants and flowers. In the indoor BBQ area you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones.

The main entrance door leads directly into the spacious living and dining room with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV, all bright and airy and decorated with Spanish charm. The adjacent well-equipped kitchen has all the facilities needed for a relaxing stay. There is a small breakfast table for you to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast.

All 3 bedrooms are bright and welcome, with ample storage space. The double bedroom overlooks the pool area and has an en-suite shower room. The 2 twin bedrooms share the facilities of 1 bathroom.

All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.

In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal-clear waters.

In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the Pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.

Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.

Relaxing stay in small beach town
We had two teen girls and were looking to relax after a busy summer of travelling. Villa Vallori was perfect. We relaxed by the pool and enjoyed the spacious house. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The pool was clean and the outdoor lounging and dining chairs were perfect.

Gorgeous villa. Quiet area
Absolutely beautiful villa. Perfect if you don’t want to go out anywhere. There are a couple of restaurants in the area but very similar. Avoid Pedros! Small shops but very limited so will need to go to Lidl. 10€ trip each way. Be careful if the washing machine is not replaced. Ask. Tore my clothes apart. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Overall a gorgeous place to stay but very quiet and isolated. Lots of hills and steps involved.

Lovely villa quiet location very covenient for beaches.
Accommodation and outside space all on one level. Pool steps gave gradual, easy entry for toddlers and children. Safety for toddlers and small children should be improved by provision of a gate at the top of the set of steps giving access to the property from the road level. An exterior stairgate is mentioned in the description but not actually there. Similarly, the house description is not completely accurate: the shower room is not ensuite to the double bedroom but separate. Give more shade and outside shelter for long, hot hours from midday. Provision of basic necessities was poor and insufficient, especially toilet rolls and bin bags. Clients should not have to ask for such necessities - and be refused - in a high-end property such as this. A pack of toilet rolls was begrudgingly given only after we made a serious complaint. A few items - a bottle of water, a few tiny sachets of salt&pepper, a few dishwasher tablets etc etc - were packaged in an impressive, large, bespoke, Owl box: more Presentation than Substance! Overall, communication from Owl was not timely. Eg we had to chase for check in information which was not sent in the time frame given. Messages sent on a Sunday during office hours were not answered until chased. Service needs to be more professional.

Fantastic villa in a great location
We had an amazing experience here in late August 2021. As a family of 3, the villa had everything we could wish for and even had a spare bedroom for luggage, clothes etc. Villa is clean and has a newly refurbished kitchen and a garden / pool area to die for. Pool was superb and the table tennis table an added bonus which had lots of use. The outdoor furniture is modern and the landscaped garden / pool area has surely only been completed in the last few years. The villa is located only 5 mins from the lovely village of Cala St Vicente, with 4 lovely coves and numerous restaurants. It is only a 15 min drive to Pollensa and Port de Pollensa. All in all I would recommend this to anyone as the villa is in a quiet location but close enough to facilities etc if you need them. Oh and finally, I cannot say enough positives about the villa owner and Owl Booking Management Company who were first class throughout the booking process and during our stay. Thanks again. Beautiful accommodation and great service
Villa Vallori is very comfortable, with excellent facilities and a great location. The flexible spaces offer sun, shade and pool making it a great place to relax with attractive views over the mountain. It is a little overlooked, but that was not a problem for us. The owner who lives downstairs is friendly and helpful but does appear without warning to tend to the pool and water the garden - again, not a problem for us but some may find it intrusive. Everything is in good condition and the service from Owl Booking was excellent with prompt responses via email and Whatsapp. The walk to the village is perfect, and access to shops, restaurants and pretty (but small) beaches. Local restaurants get busy in the peak season so go early or book ahead. Very small details: the main bedroom had a faulty A/C unit which the owner was aware of. It provided cold air which was an absolute necessity but was temperamental. Also, some of the crockery and kitchen utensils were a little old and mismatched and could do with updating. Finally, the bath screen leaked a lot when someone was taking a shower.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und konnten gut entspannen. Allerdings waren die Betten und die Kissen nicht besonders bequem und die Schlafqualität litt ein wenig. Aber das ist natürlich ein persönliches Empfinden.

Es war schön
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Strand (Cala)war sehr nahe und die Kids hatten Spass. Der Strand in Alcudia ist für uns immer noch schöner😉, daher fuhren wir oft dort hin, da es sich dort besser verteilt.Die Kommunikation mit der Agendtur war super, sie haben sehr schnell geantwort auf Fragen. Immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In den 11 Tage bekamen wir zusätzlich frische Tücher und das Haus wurde gereingt, sowie auch der Pool.

Gemütliches Haus in schöner Lage
Wir waren mit dem Haus und der Lage sehr zufrieden. Die Sauberkeit der Toiletten war nicht einwandfrei. Die große Terrasse mit Pool lädt zu einem sonnigen Aufenthalt ein. Die Reinigung bei mehr als 9 Tagen Aufenthalt fanden wir sehr gut. Bei Fragen und Anmerkungen hat die Agentur schnell und unkompliziert reagiert.
