This beautiful and and spacious villa offers everything.

Guests enjoy not only space, privacy and stunning 360 degree views but also unrivalled facilities. We've recently modernised the entire property - so it now boasts a family gym, an 8 seater cinema and a covered bar and BBQ area.

The sea at Can Cuarassa is very close by: a lovely 10 minutes walk along a semi private farm track, on land adjoining a nature reserve.

The nearest beach is at Port De Pollenca and is easily accessed in 6 minutes by car - although some guests prefer to a get there by a leisurely 15 minutes cycle ride.

Pollenca's ancient square, restaurants and boutiques are just 3 miles away - offering guests the opportunity to relax and browse when they want a break from the beach!

This is a perfect property for those who're looking for luxury and tranquility and also want unrivalled modern facilities.

We've recently created a new garden bedroom suite and this means we can accommodate groups of up to 12 people!

A beautiful villa in a lovely secluded spot, but close enough to Pollenca to be easily accessible.

Over all stay
The communication with Vrbo was difficult, but in the end we managed to pay as there where system issues on there side. The villa was lovely however the group that looked after we not very good. Two days into the holiday we had a problem with the Satalite TV, the DVD and the cinema room and I reported it to our contact. But they did not get back to us and we went out for the day then found out when we where 60km away that an engineer had turn up and could not get in. I explained that we where away and we would be back at 1500hrs and they said they would try and get him back but this did not happen nor did they contact me. So we spent h the rest of the holiday with no TV, DVD or cinema which we had paid for. The other issue was the pool we paid to have it heated but they said that a part had broken and would not be there for our stay and they refunded the money but we ended up £35 out of pocket. The villa was lovely but the rest of the experience was questionable.

Parfait!
Nous étions 7 pour un séjour d'entraînement de triathlon. A 5km de la piste de course de 400m, à 15min en auto de la piscine et encore moins pour aller à la plage, Proche des hots spot de cyclisme. Seul bémol c'est la route non asphaltée qui rend les 1eres centaines de mètres plus ardues en vélo comme en voiture. Mais c'est le prix a payer pour avoir un lieu paisible, magnifique, avec une vue magnifique. Les pièces sont grandes, la décoration est faite avec goût. Séjour de luxe. Merci!

Great location
Had a good holiday in a lovely property. Only downside was at the end of the holiday when property manager turned up at 10am expecting us to check out. The VRBO website stated 11am as checkout time and all travel arrangements had been organised around that time. Just meant we had stress after a great time.

Lovely villa
We had a great time at this villa and visiting Old Town Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. But if we were to do it over, we would have rented a car. While taxis are available, they had a hard time finding the house and a rental car would have allowed for quick trips to the store and to run other errands.

Una estancia muy agradable
Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. Solo haría un comentario con respecto a la reserva: a mi no tengo constancia que me advirtiesen a la hora de hacer mi reserva de la hora de check in y check out. Hubiese reservado otros vuelos o extendido un día mas mi estancia ya que viajaba con niños pequeños y tuvimos 6 horas de espera entre que nos marchamos de la casa hasta que fuimos al aeropuerto. Una cosa que echamos de menos: íbamos a una boda y no había un espejo de cuerpo entero para vernos.

Fabulous!
We can not recommend enough how lovely and well equipped the villa is. The decor is sublime and every detail is that of an owner's home...there is nothing "rental" about the villa. We would absolutely recommend to anybody...the villa is even lovelier than the photos and the owner is terrific to work with. An A+ experience all around.
