Luxury modern stone clad Villa with swimming pool and mountain views

This modern stone clad villa recently constructed, is located in the road between the charming town of Pollensa and fishing town of Puerto Pollensa, at the foot of the mountain.
As you enter in the property through an automatic fence, you follow the path that leads to the house surrounded by fields with native trees and flowers. After 200 meters you find a covered 2 car parking area just in front of the main entrance.
You enter into a bright open plan living / dining room, with comfortable sofas, dining table with modern chairs, air condition and cable plasma TV; slide doors will take you to a covered porch and swimming pool area with sunbeds, barbecue, dining table and chairs.
The full fitted kitchen has a dining table and comes complete with electric hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, etc… There is a laundry room attached to the kitchen with washing machine and cleaning utensils.
The double room is in one side of the lounge with en suite bathroom, built in closet, air condition, and french window onto the garden area.
On the corridor there is an office area with table and chairs and 3 twin bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and the other 2 sharing a WC/shower room . All the bedrooms have built in closet, air condition and french windows onto the garden.
All the house has WI FI and car is necessary although there is a public bus stand around 500mtrs.

Large villa with a great pool
Our family enjoyed our 10 days at the villa. Fantastic countryside location but only a short bus ride into Puerto Pollensa or Pollensa. Great size pool for teenage boys.

Great stay in Pollensa
We really enjoyed our stay in the Villa. Great location and the villa had everything we needed. We had one or two small issues (e.g hairdryer not working) but these were solved quickly and with no hassle. We had a car but the bus stop is a short walk away so the location was great and it as easy to get to the Port area. I would definitely recommend this villa and this area for a holiday.

Great Stay in Pollensa
Really well laid out property, with all the things needed for a weeks stay (including filter coffee machine, modern gas BBQ and a nice pool) Plenty of towels and a really good living space. Suggest researching the turn off if arriving in the dark, as it's not too easy to spot until you know it. Very private location, and set back a decent way from the road, which makes it easy to get to and from PDP / Pollensa. Supermarkets 2 minutes away and a bus stop walkable if you don't feel like taking the car one day

Fantastic villa perfect for a family celebration holiday.
We rented the villa to celebrate my 50th birthday with all of family. Everyone had plenty of space and their own bathroom. The kitchen had everything you needed to self cater however superb bars and restaurants in puerto pollensa are only a half an hour walk away. Although staying in April we had excellent weather and found eating outside at lunchtime was great as it was in the shade but we used the inside table in the evening where the villas heating kept us very comfortable. We walked into Pollensa to watch the Good Friday Easter parade ( thinking parking would be tight) although it took an hour it was worth it. The Sunday market in Pollensa is definitely worth a visit too. I would highly recommend this villa , perfect location, fantastic Mountain View’s, superb facilities.

Best place to stay
We had the most amazing stay in Mallorca at this beautiful home. We met up with dear friends from very far away and what a joy it was to find one another ina home that accommodated us so perfectly. The photos are very true to reality. The pool exquisite, kitchen was so nice and big - the edging spaces large and spacious enough o accommodate us all - pool towels and linens for the inside. It had everything we needed. Gate access and adequate parking - ease of access to everything. It is a 10/10 recommendation. Maria our host was amazing and we were grateful for her help - everything was in such great order all we needed to know was if we could check in earlier and where we could dispose of garbage and recycling. She answered right away. Thank you Maria - it made a reunion that much sweeter!

Magnifique et très bien située
Une villa de très grande qualité, très bien équipée (merci pour les petites attentions d'accueil.. ) et dont les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. Quel plaisir de voir dès le matin les chèvres sauvages descendues des montagnes ! Maria a répondu très rapidement à un petit problème électrique d'alimentation en eau qui a été résolu dans l'heure. Todo salio bien en general
La casa es como se muestra en las fotos, tiene cosas para mejorar debido al tiempo y el uso, pero nada serio. La cocina esta perfectamente equipada. Para mejorar, podria haber un contenedor local para la basura, ya que el mas cercano esta al otro lado de la carretera y es peligroso cruzar. Llevar la basura en el coche no es lo mas comodo y segun que coche tengas, no es deseable tampoco. Respecto a la conexion de internet, es bastante mejorable (actualmente tiene un acceso de 15MB/5MB y en el caso que el huesped tenga por ejemplo que dar seguimiento a inversiones en la bolsa, no es suficiente esa conexion. Respecto a la atencion de los propietrios, es impecable, los llamas y responden de inmediato, nada que decir al respecto. El servicio de limpieza y cambio de toallas, podria ser un poco mas frecuente, en mi caso, en 19 dias, solo pasaron una vez, y si bien se especifica asi en la contratacion, creo que deberia mejorar este punto tambien. En general, no tengo reclamos que hacer, solo las sugerencias anteriores.

Schön gelegene und gut ausgestattete Finca
Wir haben als Gruppe ohne Kinder hier einige Tage verbracht. Die Finca entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Auch die Ausstattung hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen, es hätten allerdings mehr als 2 Weingläser in der Küche sein können. Ansonsten war aber alles mehr als ausreichend vorhanden und die Vermieterin hat uns ein sehr großzügiges Willkommenspaket hinterlassen. Auch der Check-in per Schlüsselbox war einfach. Die Lage zwischen Pollenca und Port de Pollenca ist super, allerdings hört man die Hauptstraße in direkter Entfernung doch recht laut, dessen muss man sich bewusst sein. Für einen Urlaub mit Freunden dennoch ideal, so dass wir die Finca erneut buchen würden. Die Vermieterin hat gute Check-in Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt, war aber ansonsten nicht besonders kommunikativ.

Très belle maison tres bien située sur l’ile
La maison est conforme à l’annonce. Très belle, tres spacieuse, impeccable. L’accueil parfait, merci pour toutes les petites attentions. Seuls bémols : la proximité de la route nationale au bout du jardin qui génère un bruit de fond perpétuel. Et les remontées d’égouts dans les salles de bain qui provoquent de fortes odeurs désagréables par moments de la journée. Sinon nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Mega Pool in einer schönen Finca
Der Check-In und Out waren reibungslos und super einfach. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. 15 Minuten und man ist in Port d‘Alcudia. Der Pool ist das absolute Highlight in der Finca. Aus Sicherheitsgründen ist keine Beleuchtung im Pool abends. Die Zimmer etc. sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch war alles in einem sauberen Zustand. Wir empfehlen diesen Ort definitiv.

Puerto Pollensa 2022
Maria was an excellent host and assisted with all enquiries promptly. The villa is perfect for a large family holidays and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there and would stay again. The villa is in a perfect location half way between puerto pollensa and pollesa old town. We hired a car which was ideal but the bus passes regularly in both directions with the bus stops being a 5 minute walk. All round excellent stay really enjoyed everything.

Great stay for a family of 7 with ages ranging from 18 months to 62. Pool and outside space and terrace was the focus for our stay but Villa was fully equipped and cool with air con throughout. Great location between port and Pollenca. Car essential. Maria sorted the one issue we had immediately and was available if needed throughout. All in all a fabulous property which we thoroughly enjoyed using for our two weeks.

Schöner Urlaub
Alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Kleine Einschränkung: Aus einem der Abflüsse drang ein erheblicher Geruch der auch mit einfachen Hausmitteln nicht ganz zu beseitigen war. (allerdings haben wir es auch nicht als nötig befunden dies zu melden). Der Pool könnte ein Geländer gebrauchen, leider ist meine Frau dort ausgerutscht!

For my family and I as well as our friends whom traveled with us the villa was ideally located and private. Perfect for children being all one level and Maria was very helpful and dealt with some minor issues promptly. Definitely a place to return to.

This is a fabulous villa with everything you require in a beautiful location.
We had a fabulous holiday. I would highly recommend this villa. It has everything you need in an ideal location. A car is essential although getting a taxi to go out at night was easy and not expensive. The manager is always available and gets back with any queries promptly. The surrounding area is stunning with lots to do and see. We would definitely come back and stay here and recommend it to all our friends.
