"I checked din at 7pm, didn't really use or see any of the hotel, just the bed and shower. It is in a fantastic location (30m from port pollensa centre/waterfront), supermarket 100m. Was very beat tidy and good quality entrance and room Only thing that let it down for me was the shower was cold. Basin water was v hot, shower was not. Spent 15 mins wondering if I was using the controls wrong. Very frustrating. Usually I would go out early in the morning, come back for a shower and then check...

"I can’t say enough about how much we LOVED this place… we had a fantastic stay… we got a room with a sea view balcony and it was fabulous! The spa pool, sauna, steam room are wonderful… I wished the water in the pool was warmer, but no biggy… the pool areas, 2 others, are set in great locations, the one across the street has wonderful plants, sun visits, gazebos available… we went at the end of October so we always had one available…the water was too cold, but again, no biggy, I know it would be...

"Overall experience was good. The apartment needs a makeover, which they are doing next winter. The breakfast is great, lots to choose from! The location and surrounding area/pool was also great. "This is a wonderful villa for anyone sharing. There are no ‘ double beds’ as such but all singles can be pushed together. The beds and pillows were not comfortable for everyone but mostly fine. En-suite for each bedroom was a bonus and no interior steps to catch you out. Inside eating was comfortable as we were pestered by wasps and mosquitoes so repellent needed. "Fantastic location right on the beach, so the views from the big balcony are very special. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Great for the dog too : ) Reception never seems to be manned so you have to call to check in. And getting in and out of the front door was a bit fiddly with the key box, but all in all, fantastic value and the location is awesome : )"

"Really friendly staff, always willing to help. Good selection of food at breakfast and drinks in the evening, plus some live entertainment! Hotel is one black back from the beech in a quiet area. Only a 5 minute walk from the main square so ideally placed. It was our second visit but won't be our last. Would recommend if you want a relaxing stay in Pollenca. "
