Finca with pool Ca Na Tonina in Puerto Pollensa

Ca Na Tonina is a traditional finca in a very quiet area of Puerto Pollensa at the foot of the mountains.

It has a beautiful private swimming pool (8m x 4m) with 4 sunbeds for sunbathing and an umbrella. In addition, the house is surrounded by a porch that gives shade to the area furnished with a table and chairs so that you can enjoy your summer meals day and evening.

The house has a large kitchen and a spacious living-dining room with plenty of light for quiet moments and a spiral staircase that leads to the bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning and the large terrace with mountain views. In addition, there is another bedroom with double bed located on the ground floor, equipped with portable air conditioning. The house has a bathroom with a bathtub and two washbasins for extra comfort.

This is a finca on the outskirts of the village of Puerto Pollensa, close to the famous promenade , which is lined with renowned restaurants, bars and shops selling local produce. The beach is only 1.7 km away, and other famous small coves are just a short drive away.

The best sun and beach holiday awaits you at Ca Na Tonina.

Die Finca liegt sehr ruhig und hat einen großen Garten mit Pool und einem schönen Blick auf die Berge. Sie ist liebevoll gepflegt und dekoriert. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt.

Gepflegtes Haus mit Flair

Das Haus ist landestypisch und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Dekorationen und Bilder passen wunderbar und sind hochwertig. Auch die überdachte Terrasse, der Garten und der Pool sind schön und gepflegt. Direkt hinter dem Haus beginnt ein Berg und die wenigen Nachbarn sind in angenehmer Entfernung vom großen Grundstück. Die Kücheneinrichtung war komplett und es gab ausreichend Möbel und Liegen im Aussenbereich. Mir fällt nichts ein.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Das Haus ist ein schöner Ruhepol am Rand von Port de Pollenca. Die Eigentümerin und die Agentur sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit zu allen Themen. Innerhalb eines Tages erhielten wir z. B. eine größere Kaffeemaschine oder einen größeren Fernseher. Weiter wurden wir mit Früchten aus dem Garten versorgt. Auf Nachfrage konnten wir früher in das Object und durften am Abreisetag auch länger bleiben. Und wewr Katzen mag fühlt sich hier wie daheim.

Alles war in Ordnung, nur am dem ersten Tag war sehr kalt in dem ganzen Haus, er nach dem Gespräch mit der Eigentümerin hat sich alles geklärt, sonst waren wir zufrieden. Nicht weit in die Stadt, gute Lage.
