Detailed description | The country house Villa Marina is only 4 km from Pollença, the nearest beach is in Port de Pollença or Cala Sant Vicenç and can be reached in a few minutes by car. The Villa Marina is very pretty and quiet in the middle of a 7,000 m2 property in the Marina area, near the Golf Pollensa. This typical natural stone villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with palm trees and other typical local plants and has a fantastic view of the rural surroundings as far as the town of Pollença.

A country road leads to the entrance gate of the country house with a short driveway to the country house. In the well-kept gardens there is a 10 x 5 m2 pool with six sun loungers and a parasol. The covered and uncovered terraces are fully equipped with a garden table and chairs (terrace at the main house), as well as a rustic table and wooden benches (terrace at the grill house). It is the covered and uncovered terraces on different levels that make the house unique.

A rustic wooden door leads into the entrance hall. On the left is the sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The spacious living area is on the ground floor of the main house: the living room with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, the fully equipped kitchen with its own dining area with a pretty whitewashed solid wood table and seating for up to eight people. From the living and dining area you can access the covered terrace with another impressive solid wood table and seating for up to eight people. In front of the covered terrace is a large exposed sun terrace, here is the table tennis table.

It continues over a few steps to the pool with eight sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Next to the pool area is the grill under the small covered terrace, another table with seating for six people invites you to a cozy barbecue by the pool.

All bedrooms have air conditioning, there is no air conditioning in the living area, there are two mobile fans available.

If you want to stay up to date during your vacation, Villa Marina has wireless Internet access and satellite TV (Astra Sat).

General | One of the best things about houses in the south is that you can spend hours outdoors. Is there anything nicer than starting the day with breakfast on the terrace, basking in the sun by the pool during the day or in the shade under a palm tree, and then, after a refreshing shower, ending the day with a cozy barbecue and a glass of wine. The covered terrace is perfect for the latter and defies all weather conditions. And on warm summer nights, you can sit on one of the exposed terraces to be able to view the Mallorcan starry sky unhindered.

Area | 'Marina' is the toponym of the area in which the country house is located. The area is known for its particularly quiet location. The property is located on an old country road between Port de Pollença, Golf Pollença and Alcudia. The road branches off into other smaller paths, ideal for walks, jogging and cycling. Nevertheless, the proximity to Pollença gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of lively village life.
