Villa Sion has a traditional Mallorcan style, offering impressive views of nature. Located in a very quiet area, just 10 minutes by car from the historic centre of Pollença, a picturesque village between the sea and the mountains.

The house perfectly combines rustic charm with modernity and high quality of a recent construction. Ideal for large groups, the villa is equipped to satisfy all ages and preferences. Whether you enjoy a movie marathon, a refreshing dip in the pool or a great barbecue with family and friends, this villa has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.

The rooms stand out for their spaciousness and brightness. The living room, decorated with high-quality modern furniture, has access to a spacious terrace, while the wooden ceiling and contemporary and Mallorcan details create a cosy and sophisticated atmosphere.

The villa has five bedrooms, with capacity for up to 10 people. On the ground floor you will find three rooms with access to a sunny terrace, while on the first floor there are two more bedrooms. Two of the main bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, and the remaining three are elegant bedrooms with two single beds each.

All the rooms have air conditioning, programmed for use in accordance with local energy efficiency regulations: from 9 pm to 8 am and from 2 pm to 4 pm. This service is included at no additional cost. In addition, there is free wifi available in the villa so you can stay connected during your holidays.

Villa Sion is located 10 minutes by car from the historic centre of Pollença, where you can explore a wide variety of cafes, restaurants, traditional bars and typical shops, all in a welcoming atmosphere. This charming old town is famous for its beauty and folklore. On Sundays, don\'t miss its open-air market, where you\'ll find fresh regional produce.

In addition, the villa is located 18 minutes by car from Puerto Pollensa, ideal for enjoying the beach and practising water sports such as kayaking, water skiing or boat trips. If you\'re looking for crystal clear waters, Cala San Vicente, a short distance away, is a must-visit.

The use of a car is recommended to move freely and make the most of your stay, as there is much to explore in the surroundings of Villa Sion.
