Lovely Villa
This villa is very pretty with lots of space. Big bedrooms, comfortable lounge. Fabulous pool. We were left a big selection of food when we arrived. We had a great holiday.

Luxury Mallorca villa
Delightful villa in beautiful gardens with a lovely pool. Very comfortable indoors and outside.Perfect for a family holiday. Tranquil and quiet yet just an easy walk to a supermarket and a pleasant stroll to the beach. Patricia the property manager was very helpful with both our planning and throughout our stay. We all enjoyed a fabulous holiday.

Great property and great week
We have just returned from a great week at Las Palmeras. It is a simple, but spacious villa in a great location and beautiful grounds. Easy walk into town, but also easy to catch the bus and explore the surrounding area. Very clean with a mid-week clean provided. All in all a great find. Thank you.

Great location, super clean, extremely convenient.
We enjoyed our three week vacation in the house a lot. The garden is extremely well looked after, the pool is wonderful, the outdoor barbecue is great and in particular the location is absolutely unbeatable. You can walk to Port Pollenca (beach) in 20min or, if it is too hot, drive in 3min. A tennis club offers two courts to rent in 3 min walking distance. Last but not least, Patricia is probably the most helpful and friendly property manager you will ever find on the island.

Lovely villa
Clean and spacoius. Lovely well kept gardens and plants. Plenty of shade and sunbathing space. Good pool (although soon into deeper water to max of 2.4 metres). Quiet area, 20 mins walk to beach. Cockerel and frogs noise were fine and added to experience! Good welcome pack. Great to have midweek clean and linen change. Website maybe needs updating as think it says only one bedroom and not 4. Also shows a bath which is now replaced by a lovely big shower. In conclusion: Excellent.

Lovely space for family holiday
Great outdoor space to enjoy the alfresco lifestyle and the villa both inside and out is well equipped. The property manager - Patricia - is excellent, responding to any questions or issues very efficiently. The villa is set in lovely, spacious and well attended grounds and offers you the privacy to enjoy your time spent in the villa. Great welcome pack greeted us on day one and cleaners also come a few times during a two week stay which is a nice touch from usual rentals. The only slight downside is the location, as it's a little out of Porto Pollensa in Siller, which we hadn't realised when booking. You can walk into Porto Pollensa but does take about 15 minutes (adults/teen walking) to get to the main hub and/or beach but that is along a main road. I suppose it's the trade off in terms of getting the space and grounds.

zeer aangename en goed uitgeruste vakantiewoning
de woning was super proper, we waren aangenaam verrast door fruit, brood, eieren, kaas en drank in de ijskast bij aankomst, er waren voldoende handdoeken voor iedereen, en deze werden nog eens vervangen in het midden van de week, de villa ligt zeer centraal tussen Pollença stad en beach, alles is in de villa is aanwezig, een pingpongtafel vonden wij een aangename verrassing,... kortom een aanrader !

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Garten
Wir waren mit 7 Frauen 1 Woche dort und haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gepflegt, mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, das Meer und der Ortskern fußläufig erreichbar (ca. 15 - 20 Minuten) kleiner Supermarkt in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man gut zu Fuß unterwegs ist oder ein Auto hat. Als Wecker und auch für weitere Unterhaltung (die wir mit 7 Frauen nicht wirklich benötigten) sorgte ein Hahn 🐓im Nachbarsgarten.

Lovely setting
Gorgeous villa in a wonderful setting - loads of space and an enormous pool. Traditional villa so don’t expect lots of mod cons but bedrooms were air conditioned and comfortable, but it’s the outside space that makes this place great. Even better than the pictures and only 20 minutes walk from the beach and town centre

Stunning villa
We loved our stay at the villa, it exceeded our expectations in every way: the stunning vistas to the relaxing sounds of the waterfall in the beautiful gardens., the stocked pantry, spacious bedrooms and not forgetting the privacy of the palatial swimming pool. No car needed, as there is a large supermarket nearby and a 15 minute walk you are by the beach and restaurants. We would not hesitate to book again soon.

A wonderful week
After a long delay, we arrived at the villa at night, finding a well stocked fridge and pantry which was a lovely gesture. The villa itself is set in stunning grounds, very secure and private, and fully air conditioned. The pool and gardens are amazing and we had such an incredible week, we can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic villa, with a lovely welcome pack on arrival- was much appreciated due to our late flights. BBQ area was great & gardens are absolutely gorgeous. We made good use of the pool and table tennis. Spotlessly clean with a mid-week home & garden service. Loved our family week together.

Wow what a great place
Exceptional villa, clean perfect location. Easily accessible to shops, beaches and restaurants. If we could add something to the villa would be a cooler box and ice blocks. Also a book of comments from visitors on recommendations and their experiences we’ve had this at other villas and it’s a nice touch. That’s not a negative just a thought. Made lovely family memories. Everything we could want in a villa holiday
We were so excited as we arrived at the villa. It really has the wow factor & is set in beautifully maintained gardens & pool area. The spacious interior didn't disappoint either. Decor & furnishings are to a high standard & it was spotlessly clean. Very well equipped kitchen. It has everything you could need with an amazing walk-in tiled room with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots & pans etc. laid out on shelving so you can see everything there is at a glance. Outside the kitchen there is a covered area with table & chairs & brick built barbeque with sink .....all ready for al fresco eating!! Comfortable lounge with TV with all UK channels & good WIFI . Good bedrooms & lots of wardrobe space. Every detail has been thought about. It is a real home from home. Hoping to return next year!!

Beautiful and clean house with plenty of space.
The property was presented very well with a lovely private garden and pool area. This was one of the nicest villas we have stayed at and I can’t recomend it enough. A wonderful place to stay that wasn’t overlooked by neighbouring properties.. indeed it has stunning views of the surrounding mountainsides. It is walkable to both Porta Pollença and the beach but far enough out of town for a relaxing stay. There was a lovely welcome package of snacks, wine and a few essential items which was a great touch. I extend my thanks to the owners of the property and HomeAway for their hospitality. 10/10.

Fantastisch!!!
Die Villa befindet sich auf einem sehr schönen, weitläufigen Grundstück. Alle Räume sind ebenerdig und grosszügig. Hinter dem Haus direkt an der Küche ist ein Essplatz / Terrasse mit grossem Grill daneben. Vor dem Haus lässt es sich abends auf der Veranda gemütlich sitzen. Die Aussenanlage mit Teich und Pool sind sehr gut gepflegt. Der Service vor, während und nach der Buchung war sehr professionell. Anfragen wurden sofort behandelt, z.B. der Kinderstuhl noch am gleichen Tag ausgetauscht. Wir werden unser "Ferienhäuschen" vermissen.
