"I booked all seven apartments for my wedding party 8 months in advanced since it was the only place in Ravello that could hold a large party. They ended up double booking us in two of the apartments. At first they refunded a fraction of money and offered to “fix it”, but only moved one of the other guests so we hand to cram everyone in and have our guests sleep on pull out couches when we promised them king beds. "Antonella was absolutely amazing host! Answered questioned right away, was so welcoming and lovely. The stay is gorgeous and comfortable, patio is truly so nice and the view is unbeatable. The antiques in the space are really cool, some really neat pieces. There is plenty of parking at the top (if you can fit your car through the cars parked on the sides, and don’t mind a very steep drive up). We had a small SUV (Subaru Forester) and did have issues getting all the way to the top and turning...

Fantastico!

" Naples is a fun, lively city and the Una hotel was full of Italian delights! Room overlooking the square, walking distance to historical district . Being across the street from the train station was a great landmark when getting lost in the wonders of Naples. Did I mention the fantastic rooftop restaurant with the best breakfast buffet? Fantastico! Can't wait to return! "

"Great 😃 hotel. It's a great hotel for multiple reasons. It's located almost in front of train station ( Napoli Centrale and Garibaldi train station). Easy to access to everything. The main street is always busy. It's very walkable. We felt safe in the area. The hotel needs some updates , but we don't mind because the location, besides this is a very clean hotel. Excellent price. I definitely recommend it!"
