"I recently booked a stay at this hotel through Expedia, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. Upon arriving at the hotel the room was not ready and was dirty (even though it was already 3pm). When we asked for towels the "clean" ones that were provided had a ball of hair inside and stains. "This hotel looked amazing on the photos and in tye description but it's not a true reflection of the reality. The location is great, it's minutes away from the beach, but a lot of the beach is private and it will cost you to use their territory. There is a free bit of the beach opposite to the hotel but no sunbeds there and it gets crowded so be ready for that. Pool. There is NO pool at all. This is not true. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kaliakra: quality food, very helpful personell, child friendly, a few steps to the beach. The downside from my point of view is that there is actually no area on the beach itself reserved for Kaliakra clients. That means that on the beach you will not be able to hire umbrella, etc. Also it is extremely noisy until 12am if you have booked the room with the sea view. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel"
