"We had a gathering for our adult daughter’s birthday with several family members and this was the perfect space for what we were looking for. The property is as listed, with a good amount of space for our group of 8. We had plenty of space to lounge with comfortable furnishings, and a nice dining room table to play board and card games. The location in town was very convenient to dining and shopping areas and easy access to the interstates. We would definitely book this property again in the...

"This home was absolutely perfect for our entire family! Everyone had their own room and space to move around. All bathrooms were located perfectly and each one had a shower! Talk about conveniently located, so close to the Well for wrestling!! I hope to be able to get it again next year! It would be perfect for the state fair as well. Thank you for everything!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this sweet spot. It was cozy and comfortable and well-stocked. We were able to relax and enjoy our time together as a family. We had everything we need and were close to lots of places. Parking and arrival were easy. On-site laundry was a bonus. Thanks so much!"

"This house was great for our large group of 13 between the two families. There was plenty of space for the teenagers to spread out and not bother us adults from our conversations. The backyard is huge, but because of the cooler weather we didnglt get to enjoy it. If i couls complain about anything it would be that the beds were too fiem for our liking, but we were only there for two nights so they were ok. Overall its a great house for vrbo."

"This beautiful property was very clean, well furnished and a wonderful place for 5 friends to share a few days together. We had a delightful stay which included enjoying some local restaurants. There is also easy access to larger shopping areas. "

"Set just outside of Des Moines it is peaceful and pleasant in every way. The place is spotless, very nice and had everything we needed to fully enjoy ourselves. Used the hot tub several times and even had a fire outside in a fire pit. You can drive to all the hot spots in the city of Des Moines and then just a short drive to get back to the peaceful country side. The owners went above and beyond to make this trip absolutely perfect. I will be booking again no doubt. "

"Excellent location, "bigger on the inside" house. The only drawback is there's only one bathroom, but it wasn't an issue since I was only staying with one other person. I would definitely stay here again."
