"Beautiful property with wonderful HostsErwin and Kim. The cottage was perfect with scenic views of wildlife and the countryside. We rented one of the electric boats for a day of canal exploring and a ride to town. Road the E-bikes around the countryside and to town. ALL their restaurant recommendations were excellent. Definitely would recommend this property for a quiet weekend or for families with children."

"Very well appointed, comfortable and clean house in Uithoorn, easily accommodating a family of five. The area is family friendly with a play park opposite the house. The tram station is less than a 10 minute walk away which will take you into Amsterdam South. The supermarkets are a 5 minute walk away. The host generously provides bikes which we took on a 28km bike ride to Amsterdam Bos and back. Cora the host was very responsive and friendly. We can highly recommend this property. "

"We had a really relaxing time here. The cottage is small but that suited us, and the view across the fields filled with all kind of wildlife was superb (not forgetting the chickens next to us and the three walking ducks!). And the huge windmill next to the canal is something to behold. "My family of four had the pleasure of staying at this property. We found it nicely away from the city while still being readily accessible via bike and bus. The nearby park is beautiful, and you can enjoy the singing of local troops of young equestrians as they practice in the park. The house is nice and comfortable. We found it particularly clean. Would wholly recommend a stay here."

"From the booking process throughout our stay Kim was wonderful and very quick to respond to any questions. The home was beautiful, clean, quiet, and spacious. The only small complaint we had about our stay, and this had nothing to do with the home, is that all but two restaurants in town require reservations. Made it slightly difficult to find a meal after returning from our daily activities at unscheduled times. Again, not on the host, more a comment about the area in general!"

Also the checkout regime of stripping the beds was a bit backpacker esque. Considering otherwise a quality resort. Last point, dog owners. Contrary to online description there are very few places within walking distance to walk a dog. Except along the road."
