"The staff was really great. I had to take a last-minute flight back home and the staff was really accommodating with the reservation dates. Staff was really knowledgeable about the area and transportation routes to go into the city. The double beds are twin beds just pushed together but you can easily separate them to double beds. There are elevators which was really nice for family and huge luggages -- did not need to climb stairs unlike other places in Europe There is a direct bus that takes you from Museum Squares and it was super nice& convenient with that one transportation. "

"My stay was pleasant the staff were amazing, the shuttle is straight forward from the airport. The premium rooms are simply amazing, spacious, beds are comfortable pillows lovely. You pay €5 to go to the airport with the shuttle but on your way back to the hotel it’s free. Andy who is at reception is absolutely brilliant he went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. "
