The room had some issues with lighting (main lights flickered incessantly so we used the table lights only), the bathroom didn't have any storage or shelf for shower products or hooks near the shower for towels a day wash cloths,and the toilet didn't have a lid. The bed was one of the best we experienced along with the pillows. Breakfast was a waste of money, $39pp for hard cold poached eggs, tough bacon and a decent coffee. Save...

"Lovely stay at voco Kirkton Park! We stayed here for one night on a quick trip to the Hunter Valley, and wish we could stay longer. The hotel is gorgeous, with beautiful gardens and views, and kangaroos bouncing around the property. Very comfortable room and the breakfast is well worth it! Highly recommend and would stay again.
