"Bei diesem Objekt handelt es sich um die Hälfte von einem alten Gebäude. Es wurde renoviert, wenn auch nicht immer durchdacht. In der anderen Haushälfte wohnt eine Familie mir Kindern. Das Haus ist Teil von einem Weiler und im Grünen (Haselnüssen und Landwirtschaft). Die anderen Häuse des Weilers sind jedoch neu und zum Teil noch im Rohbau. Wir hatten keine Bautätigkeiten. "No locks on any doors, as far as I could tell. When I booked, the listing said that I would not have to share with travellers outside my own party and yet I ended up having to share with an absolute stranger. Additionally, the listing said that WiFi would be provided, but after checking in the person renting the apartment told me I would have to use the public city WiFi. "

"We were a group of 9 girls and had the best 3 days staying here. Alessio and Anna were incredible hosts and so helpful when we asked about arranging activities and taxis. It was a joy to stay here and we all said we’d love to go back. Only problem was we didn’t stay long enough and were all sad to leave. Thank you for having us ☺️"

"Another excellent stay, having decided to return after really enjoying our week here last year. The view from the house and garden is breathtaking: a perfect location in which to enjoy the lovely scenery all around. There is so much to see in the area, both locally and further afield. Karen is a fantastic host: knows everything about the area, available to answer any question, nothing is too much trouble. We can fully recommend Ca' Ginota for a wonderful holiday."

"Lovely views and comfortable facilities"

"We visited this house with four youngsters (18-21) and two dogs and we enjoyed the enormous space in and around the house. The swimmingpool was great. The whirlpool wasn't heated so we only could use that between 3 and 5 PM. Than the automatically refreshing of the water started and it went cold. But when one knows this, one adapts... Really great was the big room with the table tennis, table football and pool table. Even at the hottest hour of the day you could play there if you wanted. Around...

"We have just enjoyed a most wonderful month at the Cornale property in Magliano Alfieri. The property was well disposed and allowed us to enjoy a three generation stay for some of our visit without feeling any pressure on the space. Our grandchildren loved their time visiting the donkeys and the sheep. "Gabriela was such a wonderful hostess! She made (and cancelled, if needed) great places for us to enjoy food and wine. The house had everything we needed for our 4-night visit. Gabriela even taught us to use the stove-top coffee maker. She provided what we needed for breakfast and even gifted us a beautiful bottle of sparkling wine, the Alta Langa. We certainly hope to stay here again in the future!"

"Well maintained & clean apartment. Nice outdoor patio and underground garage parking. We had our breakfast there every morning. Not much is supplied for pantry items. Margherita is responsive & very nice! Would highly recommend Il Ritrovo Del Giosi restaurant. 20 min away. Beautiful drive there, outstanding views, & delicious meal!"

"Ein sehr guter Aufenthalt. Alles war so wie beschrieben, wenn nicht besser. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und bietet sehr viel Platz. Die teilweise hohen Temperaturen (35-38°) waren selbst ohne Klimaanlage (ein Ventilator war vorhanden) im Erdgeschoss nachts gut auszuhalten. Die freundlichen und höflichen Vermieter, die im Nachbarhausteil leben, waren präsent aber sehr diskret. Der Pool war wirklich nur für uns exklusiv.
