The common spaces were spacious allowing eight of us to easily come together in the comfortable abundant seating in the main living space and around the dining table. The four bedrooms all contained comfortable warm bedding and mattresses with an extra private room for one of us. The hot tub was clean and heated perfectly -- a big plus we look for in our annual retreats. IN addition, it was a true pleasure communicating with Felicity...

"Lovely spot to relax in right on the beach, views of varied beach acivies: walking, surfing, kites, jogging — and for surfers, you are right there! Park Side Cafe has really upgraded, superb bakery, excellent chef. Breakers Cafe also very good. Bookstore and library close at hand, and Mt. Tam is just across thge street with world class coastal view trails and redwoods. Stinson Beacch Market is well-stocked — including fresh vegetables — and has friendly staff members. "

"Had a great time. Heating was effective, The chickens and fresh eggs were fantastic! We were a little surprised by how petite the apartment was but as we were traveling with our dog, this place seemed to be the cheapest dog-friendly rental available, and over all we had a great time! Hosts were incredably friendky as well! "
