"My husband and I had our son and granddaughter staying with us. The access to the beach right out our door was so perfect for my sand loving, wave hopping preschooler!The kitchen was sufficient for our meals that were prepared as we went. It is within walking distance to downtown Stinson, where we enjoyed latte’s and treats. My son was able to crab fish right out our front door, and we were thrilled to be able to enjoy the fruit of his labor. Perfect!"

"The beach cottage is perfect for a long weekend or short beach getaway. The beach is super dog friendly with both rocky and sandy beach area. And the house is more than cozy with all the amenities. Only downside is that there is only one shop/restaurant to walk to. Loved it! "

The sofa bed is lumpy but serviceable. The TV is in the bedroom and we could not get it to work. The owner offered suggestions but they did not work. "I lived in this beautiful house for 12 days. Everything was just perfect. The house is very nice, clean, and very quiet. The neiborhood is very nice and just few minutes driving from Mill Valley downtown. Moreover Grace was so nice!i'll definitely come back to this property!"

"Secluded private location but in walking distance to one trail, close to others, close to Pt. Reyes. Suitable for one couple, nicely renovated with clawfoot tub, plenty of hot water and water pressture, funky old kitchen oven and stovetop but otherwise quite modern, charming furniture.
