"This cottage has everything you need! The kitchen is well stocked. There are plenty of towels, blankets, etc. The yard is lovely with a deck and hot tub. Communication with the owner was great, and checkin was effortless! There is also It's also in a fantastic location (minutes from the beach and and an easy walk to shopping and places to eat). My friend and I really enjoyed ourselves over the MLK weekend!"

"Everything as described and as noted by previous guests. Only "negatives" maybe that there isn't a microwave, and the bathroom sink has no room to put things on (so my wife did her makeup at the kitchen table). Otherwise it was a terrific place. Great communication with Frank. Thank you."

"This place was darling! It was perfect for my husband and I to stay a long weekend while we toured around the area. It was very clean and cozy. We made breakfast every day and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed was super comfortable and we had plenty of towels (always a bonus in my book). And on the quiet end of the waterfront in Sausalito. Just fit two adults upstairs and one teen on the downstairs pull out. There are lots of stairs up, which was not a problem for us. Charming."

"Great stay for a relaxing weekend away"

"We have stayed in Dillon Beach several times, sometimes renting a big house with family and friends, and sometimes a small house with family. This one was absolutely perfect for a weekend there with one teenager and two dogs. We loved being a short walk to the beach, and the cottage was remodeled and perfectly appointed. It was darling!
