The bathroom and kitchen are modern and the rest of the house is informal with a very comfortable bedroom. The pull-out bed in the living room needs to be upgraded. Our stay would have been more successful if the weather hadn't been pouring rain.The manager was very friendly, helpful and available. "

There's a heater/AC in the living room only, and it was freezing in every other room while we were there- that was the only downside! Good parking, nice neighborhood, walkable to downtown, very quiet, lots of interesting birds flying around to listen to and watch. We never heard any sounds from the main house even though it's attached. "

"I spent 9 wonderful days at 'Grace at the Sea'. Pam is an excellent communicator and keeps her home spotless and well supplied. As a single older (!) person I felt very safe. Nice easy walks to the ocean, and then you can walk along the beach in either direction for a long way. Or walk along the more in-land meadow trail. Perfect get-away home!"

"Small cozy quiet property located just off the water overlooking the bay. Clear view of the bay bridge. Heater works wonderfully for the chilly Bay Area breeze and the little wood burning fireplace works wonders when the fog rolls in. Owner of the property even helped us bring our bags all the way up. Very friendly, would recommend!"
