"Great and friendly service! The property was undergoing some work to the surrounding yard/front so it didn’t look like much when we arrived. As soon as we opened the front door though it was beautiful and clean. The room was very comfortable and cute. No coffee maker in the room but you could walk downstairs and grab some hot water or coffee from the dining room. Good selection for breakfast. "

"The property is located conveniently to Charlottetown’s waterfront and downtown areas, and our room was quiet, well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. The hostess was welcoming on our arrival and made sure we had an excellent breakfast before our early morning departure. We also had a casual but delicious dinner at the nearby Water Prince Corner Shop. "

"We had such a lovey stay at Dawson house! Donna is very thoughtful and sweet, she is very welcoming, provided an excellent restaurant recommendation and made a delicious breakfast. We liked the room decor and the bed. The bed sheets were very comfy. The Dawson house has a sunning decor inside! It is kept very well. Don’t forget to try the pumpkin loaf!! "

"The cottage was very clean,everything there to cook with lots of treats there if you had forgotten something eg.tea coffee,some little boxes of cercal,especially fresh eggs. Bedding and towels were lovely and again some personal items if you had missed bringing them.I would certainly recom it to my friends and family."
