"This Quiet, charming beach cottage in a great location made for an entirely magical late-summer getaway. We visited Block Island, Naragansett area beaches and restaurants and walked and biked all around Point Judith. Anne Marie is a fantastic host! Thank you! We’d love to return! "

"It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "

"Very beautiful property, I have stayed there in the past with my husband and loved it so much I wanted to take my mother there as well. We got the most amazing townhouse unit with a view over the whole downtown area of Newport and the bay, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Paula at the front desk was especially nice and she made our stay as perfect as possible for us. We will definitely be coming back here and recommending this hotel to everyone! "
