"A really nice place to stay, and would definitely stay there again. It’s a convenient location close to downtown shopping and restaurants. There’s a great little hands on aquarium within walking distance. The host was very kind and helpful, even when I unnecessarily messaged her, which I feel bad for. The little balcony/deck gave a nice view of the surrounding area. We were there in Jan so not a lot of time spent out there, but in the summer months it would be a really nice place to sit. "

"We stayed here for a family reunion held in Newport so we can’t comment on access to beaches. The location was perfect for us, out of the fray of Newport in the summer. The house was very clean, nicely decorated but the layout is a bit odd. The entry leads to the kitchen and dining area. Two nice bedrooms and two baths are also on this ground floor. There is a really nice deck and patio but to reach it you have to go through one of the bedrooms, or walk around the house. For us, that was fine,...

"I arrived and was able to get into the property with the code provided even though someone was living in the property already. Very challenging on a Friday night with 3 children and an 80 year old mother. No response from property manager and VRBO seemed unable to help except to look into a refund. Had to find alternative accommodation as had a weekend of commitments - 6 people squashed into a very expensive hotel room and a cooler of food that spoiled."
