"Very nice property! Rooms were clean and fully stocked with everything one needs, Very quiet. Pool was crystal clear and warm considering the chilly weather that popped up out of nowhere. It’s a great location for day trips to both sides of the peninsula! 2 hours to St. Pete on the Gulf, 2 hours to Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic! I also recommend Jetty Park for an Atlantic day trip! I’ll definitely stay here again! "

"We had a blast staying at SummerBay for a week with 3 teenagers. The property is well landscaped and has beautiful pools. They have basketball and pickleball courts, pool table, and mini golf. The food was reasonably priced and the staff friendly. Anytime we needed something for our room, they quickly helped. Lots of local food nearby. We loved the food trucks across the street. We will definitely be back! "
