"The Villa di Piazzano is stunning down to the smallest detail. The staff is attentive, pleasant and helpful. The food and wine at the onsite restaurant was some of the best we had on our 23-day trip across Italy. One of our favorite stays for sure!"

"What a beautiful countryside retreat!!! Just 15 minutes from Montepulciano, this property is located in a quiet rural area but with such wonderful amenities. It has wonderful sitting areas around the property to relax and read a book, also they have a terrific pool that is lovely and clean. Check in was EVRY easy, the rooms are very spacious with luxurious bathrooms and they even have a spa bath. The breakfast was such a treat and was the perfect way to start the day of tours. We dined at the restaurant one night and I wished we had made another reservation for another night, it was so delicious. The staff were so informative and I would stay hear again in a heart beat! "

"We were initially uncertain about booking here due to some negative online comments; however, very happy we did! it would be difficult to pristinely maintain the property as it is historic and quite large, so if you’re looking for something with every modern amenity, this is not the stay for you. However, the property is a gorgeous setting and the buildings are quaint and charming. Our room was very spacious - a bit of noise transfer through the bathroom. Pool area is beautiful! Great breakfast with tons of selection. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location to easily access Cortona. "
