"The property is located on a small street and there is almost no view of anything except the building across the street and there are way too many levels to negotiate. I was OK, but older people will find this inconvenient. The rooms are of a good size, very clean, with veranda. Not really kid safe because of open electrical outlets that kids can get into. Plenty of free parking. "

"This was a wonderful place to stay! It was about a 40-minute walk to the city center, but there is a bus stop right outside and it was very quick to go downtown that way if you don't have a car. There are hiking paths in the huge park nearby and an excellent restaurant across the street serving Slovenian cuisine. "We drove down to Ljubljana from the UK in August 2024 while enroute to Croatia and opted to stay here for 2 days as it had free parking, wasn't far from the city centre and other attractions. Parking onsite can get competitive at times, but we would eventually find a space. There is an onsite bar and restaurant managed by a lovely gentleman who goes by the name of 'Jigga'.... yeah, like Jay-Z. "The room was nice and clean; the owner seemed a little put out at first because Expedia had overbooked us and she didn’t seem to happy. When we asked her about coffee in the morning she looked at us like we’d lost our mind! It all turned out fine and she had coffee for us in the morning for a small charge. The hotel is beautiful and I wonder what the spa services would be like. We weren’t given any options to utilize them."
