"Hotel Park exceeded my expectations in every way We enjoyed our room, the view of the lake and Castle, the staff, the Bled cake, the robots, the plants throughout the hotel, the spa, the overall location, the water fountain, the fire, the trips round the lake and the restaurant that was in the Michelin guide. This stay was wonderful and it was a perfect trip for a couple, the hotel was a credit to Bled and added to our fantastic trip to Slovenia."

"Continuing from where I was before… The other aspects we found frustrating were that the room was so hot! The first evening there it was roasting, found it hard to sleep! But again the staff were great and even though the air conditioning couldn’t be turned on, they made the effort to supply a portable air con machine which took the heat off a bit which ultimately meant our baby could then sleep peacefully! In summary, hotel was okay, I’d be open to staying somewhere else if based upon hotel, but wouldn’t as the staff deserve all the praise and would ultimately be the reason as to why I would stay again and recommend to other people visiting! "

"We had a really nice overnight stop at Vitranc Hotel. The staff member, Milos, was extremely polite and super helpful. Room was comfortable and warm. Breakfast was great. The hotel is in a beautiful small village near the bigger ski resort village. "

"The hotel was a little walk from downtown, but I felt comfortable walking through the neighborhoods at night. It was very easy to walk from the train station to the hotel and then from the hotel to downtown Villach. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful; the manager was positively the best. She gave me great recommendations and was very quick in responding to my emails. My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to meet her to thank her in person. "
