"This hotel is located in a farm property could be much updated it says they have a swim up pool bar and wasnt even functioning the pool was full of dead mosquitos and flies they could have someone cleaning it at least twice a day the service was terrible we had to do everything on our own to reserved activities they couldn’t call from the front desk and ask what hours available the food was from days before hard bread and for lunch they had one plate that had gone bad already tasted spoiled they...

"I actually ended up across the road at the hotel adjacent to water park. ammenities were similar but geared to families...very basic accomodations and a bit dated. Food was good for an all inclusive....but definately brazilian centric. "

"Very clean rooms with comfortable mattress. Great service at the check in and out. My package included 3 meals - good food. Convenient access to the center of the city by bus. The city is very safe day and night and has lots of bars to entertain yourself and shops to look around, besides water falls and parks to visit. I highly recommend Pocos de Caldas for couples or family group to go visit"

"Extra charges for no reason by this hotel. I booked my stay with hotels.com, checked in and paid for my stay. Upon checkout the front desk said I owed additional amount which was over double that I already paid hotels.com! I almost missed my flight going back and forth with the front desk. It was a complete nightmare. This hotel obviously is running a scam on foreign tourists by trying to change the hotel price after check in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"
