O Hotel impressiona externamente. Apesar de meu quarto estar limpinho, o hotel de maneira geral precisa de uma manutenção. TV muito antiga e pequena. (De tubo). Cama antiga, mas até aí tudo bem, o maior problema e o colchão que deve ser de densidade muito baixa, qdo vc deita, sente-se o estrado. Café da manhã fraco, mas não dá para passar fome. Funcionários poucos mas gentis e atenciosos, assim como proprietários atenciosos.

O hotel tem um grande potencial pelo espaço, localização e atenção do pessoal, porém peca no colchão e roupa de cama, que estão em péssimo estado, se revissem estes itens o hotel seria muito bem avaliado.

Um final de Semana feliz em hotel floresta
Foi ótima todos cordiais, ficamos em um quarto novo éramos em 3 e o quarto 1 casal e 2 solteiros, vista para a piscina, banheiro reformado , gostei o café da manhã era normal sem muitas opções, no sábado, domingo com o hotel mais cheio havia mais , para mim estava ótimo o q foi colocado, leite , café , suco e variedade de pães e bolo

foi muito ruim., toalhas de banho e rosto "surradas"...utilizei as minhas toalhas., café da manhã pessimo, leite morno. haviam moscas pousando nos pedaços de frutas e queijo., bolo estava duro e no dia seguinte foi servido o mesmo bolo ainda com o preço na tampa... sem condições de receber hospedes... foi uma experiencia péssima

Eu tive problemas com o apartamento. O interfone não funcionava, o chuveiro não tinha água quente e o wi-fi também não funcionava. Tive de reclamar para trocarem o quarto, depois de ter tomado banho frio.

Hotel antigo.
Hotel bem antigo, o lugar precisa de uma reforma geral urgente, a cama de casal é pequena, não tem ar condicionado, a tv de tubo mal dava pra enxergar, a piscina não tinha condições para entrar, e olhe que deixei de escolher outro hotel mais barato pq não tinha piscina, e neste nem tava pra entrar, café da manhã ruim parecia que só tinha restos, frigobar do quarto nao tinha nem uma água além de estar enferrujado a porta, a escada pra subir fazia um barulho horrível, pela manhã a moça responsável pela arrumação saiu batendo as portas e batendo as coisas, parecia que estava fazendo de propósito pra nos acordar, não me senti nenhum pouco acolhida, uma pena pois a estadia não foi barata.
