"The grand high Barcelona is definitely an excellent hotel with excellent service. There are a few things I didn't like about it. There's not a lot of restaurant around the area. The ice machine was not working. I was charged €93 it's a good thing. I was checking my credit card when I asked them. They told me that it was a mistake and they will credit me back the amount. The lady manager was great very accommodating, but the male manager Christian wasn't very accommodating to us. Housekeeping also was an issue. I found that every day I was calling for tissue or towel that they forgot to replace but overall a very nice hotel. Would I stay there again definitely Yes!!"

"Friendly staff, clean, great WIFI, great outside common areas. They accommodated our very early check. Just overall very accommodating. We felt welcome. Location was great. 5 min walk to Las Ramblas, 10 min walk to the water front. Short taxi to the Port where the cruise ships dock. Tons of eating options. Area felt safe."

"The hotel was in a great location, next to a beautiful neighborhood, close to several great restaurants and shops. It was also very well located with respect to downtown Barcelona, close enough to reach it in 10 minutes via car. The service was also great and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast could have been a little better, but it was still ok. "
