"Great, well decorated rooms with a decent size TV, comfortable bed and powerful shower. I had a double aspect room with lovely views along the streets. Evening food was fairly basic, but reasonably priced and good quality, as was breakfast. The multi level dining area/bar is really well presented with a large central staircase and outside seating is also good. Overall a very good stay."

"Perfectly decent pub accommodation, in a separate building set back from the pub which is ideal in case is worried about noise. Fairly basic facilities (note no toiletries are provided) but a nice touch having a small fridge with free bottled water and proper milk for tea/coffee!"

"The place is unique in my opinion because of a personal touch, attention to details and amazing people working there. I stayed twice in The Spice Ship with my partner, while we're working in the area. There is also a restaurant with very good food. I don't want to stay anywhere else now. "

"This was my second stay at The Crown at Harnhill, and once again, it did not disappoint! From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The room was comfortable, well-kept, and had all the little touches that make a stay extra special. A good night’s sleep was guaranteed with the cozy bed and peaceful surroundings. "A wonderful visit to this beautiful, well run and happy pub. Genuinely a delight to spend time here. All the staff are excellent, special recognition to Elijah, Hobbs and Kelly for being above and beyond brilliant. Also, Adam made checking in quick and easy. Car park is handy and the number plate system is very simple to use. Food was delicious (we ate in both evenings) and the chef was very happy to accommodate our special dietary needs. Same with the delicious breakfast. The whole pub looked...

"We Loved our stay at this wonderful inn....the staff were all super friendly and you could tell they Enjoyed working there...Dogs are welcome and it felt like everyone who entered brought one with them...Food was delicious even to the point that my wife claimed she had the best sweet for desert that she had ever tasted....Would definitely return.. "Despite arriving late in the evening, I was made to feel welcome. The room was freshly redecorated, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely too. Staff all very friendly. I was told by the taxi driver how amazing the food is, but didn't get a chance to stay for dinner, maybe next time!"
