"We wanted a place to stay while we fished the St Joe. The location is secluded and quiet and were even had deers visit the property during our stay. The host was very communicative and available and made everything easy. Just don’t use Waze to get there! Apple Maps gives a better driving experience due to its recommended drive path. 🙂 "

"Cozy cabin has a nice deck to sit outside and enjoy the water views! We had cool, rainy weather, but the firepit and wood burning stove were fantastic. No wi-fi or hair dryer, but that is certainly not a deal breaker. Having a boat dock was great. The steps to get to the cabin are no joke, pack light! So glad the steps were wrapped in string lights since we arrived at night. Great stay!"

"This was a perfect alternative to a hotel. We were there for a basketball tournament and this property was close yet still in the country. Large property with SO many amenities. The kids LOVED it! "This place was great for a larger group. A little outdated and far off from town. but the views outweighed that drive and classic feel. the only thing we didn’t like was we had to pack our trash out. Luckily we had 2 vehicles but if we only had one it would’ve been a mess. "

"We had a wonderful stay with great hospitality and even better communication. With 10 grown men it was a lot of work but we fit well in the house. And never had any issues. All the amenities we needed were there. Felt like a home you could live in not just a crappy hotel like other vacation homes I’ve stayed at. I highly recommend staying here. And enjoying a relaxing time on the lake."

"This was the perfect place to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary! Warm, inviting, and truly a home away from home. Great communication, both with the people and about the facility. We had a wonderful stay where we were close to town, but remote enough to have calm quiet, out of the hustle accommodations. We would stay here again and again!"

"Easy access to trail, good parking, great place to stay especially if you are planning a biking trip on the trail of the CDA. Contacted Chad to see if we could park there early and he gave us early access to the place to stash our stuff and head out on the trail to Plummer on arrival date. Absolutely lovely deck with overview of the lake and the inner covered porch as well. We played cards there in the evening. Super comfortable and great host. Thanks again."

Covered parking was a plus as it rained on and off during our stay.
