"We were in town visiting family, and this place was centrally located between all our relatives! It's basically like a nice hotel room, but without all the noise from those in adjoining rooms. The house was responsive and accommodating. We will stay here again!"

"This was a wonderful place to stay for our little family. We were in town for a sporting event and it was in a great location to everything we needed. "I stayed with a co-working in this home near downtown Couer D'Alene. It was exactly as advertised in a really quiet neighborhood near a college. Plenty of towels, clean sheets, and a comfortable living room. We were only there to sleep so we didn't use much in the kitchen except to microwave some leftovers. "

"Our daughter had a gymnastics competition at the Coeur’d Alene resort and we chose this house since it was close.Home was absolutely beautiful, clean and spacious with everything you would need from bathroom amenities (the towels upstairs were incredibly soft!!!) to kitchen essentials and basics for cooking (oil, salt, pepper, sugar, flour, coffee all included) Even a air popper popcorn maker that we enjoyed.Our host Ryan was incredibly wonderful with very quick communication! "Our stay at this was a great experience. The house is very quaint with a lot of charm. It was great to be in the kitchen while my friends watched TV. The fooseball table was fun along with the Jenga game. It was a chilly weekend so the hot tub kept us cozy warm. The house is located within a 5 minute Uber ride. The host checked in with us to ensure our stay was going well. I highly recommend this house. "

"Very pretty location. Quiet and private. I thought both houses were very cute and had all the basic needs. The hot tub and canoe was a hit for the family. The place was pet friendly and I feel like that always comes with a little cleanliness compromise, but it was not dirty, just a little worn. The downstairs boathouse bathroom toilet and upstairs dryer needs attention.
