"Sweet little hotel in the middle of the pedestrian zone of old Plovdiv. A refurbushed house, it has quirks but also modern amenities like AC, lovely bath, etc. The welcome from the staff was great; having guest names written on little chalkboards to welcome us is a cute touch. Most importantly, they were super helpful when I realized I'd left something behind - immediately responsive and kept it safe until I could return.
