"Book a luxury room with sofa bed for family. On arriving the AC doesn't working and in the room was 30°, imagine that with two small children after 5 hours travelling. Fast reaction from the reception to resolving the problem, they change our room with better, but the TV doesn't working almost on every channel. In fact the staff was very hopefully and the breakfast was great, the poll too. And last the SPA was amazing with Ice cave "

"Two nights while pasing through. It's a short walk over the hill from the pedestrian mall in the center to this quaint hotel in old town. Check a map or your phone the first time and be prepared for cobblestone streets. "

The younger girl who works during the day is an angel and helped me with directions and information. Breakfast was amazing with meat and vegetarian options. Room was spotless clean and very affordable. "
