The charm of a stone house pepped-up with modern decorations came together beautifully in this house…and to top it all off, it’s just a 5-minute walk to a white sand beach via a footpath.

This quaint stone house has succeeded in marrying the old and the modern style without sacrificing comfort. We like to call this house the little sister of the bigger house, Kof Ha Kof (4 persons) as they are right next to each other.

A pretty private garden with fruit trees and a beautiful expanse of grass will be made available to you to relax in. The deckchairs can be moved around as you desire.

THE HOUSE: It has a one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200). There is a large closet that can store all of your belongings.

The kitchenette is equipped with various household appliances that you will need for your holidays.

The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a walk-in shower.

As a bonus, a beautiful garden area with its terrace where you can have lunch in the sun.

NB: For your information, cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This includes cleaning and disinfecting the house at the end of your stay. However, you will be asked to clean the house and dispose of your garbage on a daily basis. If this is not the case, we can offer you a complete cleaning service at a cost of €35/hour. Please let us know in advance so that we can make arrangements to meet your needs.
