"Location and view is stunning. The Pool is amazing warm and our boys loved it. Communication with the host is simple. The house is big and clean we had a wonderful week in Roscoff but the house needs renovation, some things are simply broken and need replacement (vacuum cleaner, shower holder) others are just old or not of good quality. There is outdoor furniture but no cushions, the barbecue is a really cheap one and comes without any barbecue tools."

"We had a great family holiday here. The owners were really helpful and responsive to questions and allowed us to check in early on the first day which was much appreciated after a 4.45 wake up on the ferry! The house was clean and bright and had everything we needed. The warm outside shower was great for after the beach. Lovely beaches very nearby which we had to ourselves (end of May). The garden was great for the kids and we enjoyed the selection of garden games. We’d come and stay here again....

"Lovely property, 5 minute walk to the coastal path and then a couple of minutes to the nearest beach with a lovely restaurant (Le Theven). Bikes, table tennis, table football and games all available and in great condition. Really helpful host with ideas. Peaceful setting. Only 30 mins from Roscoff. Lots of beautiful beaches nearby. Would recommend"

"What a lovely property. A super location with glorious views of the sea from nearly every room. So much space for our 12 people. Very modern facilities and very comfortable big beds. Five minutes walk to the beach for swimming and building sand castles, five minutes to the restaurants, cafe, shops and church. There was even a wonderful circus."

"Marie-Lauren and Stephane are excellent hosts. The house and facilities just right for us. The heated swimming pool just wonderful. Short walk to nice beaches and nice coastal walks. We stayed for two weeks and we found plenty to do for all age groups (children from 9 to 13). Local restaurant le Carre excellent and highly recommended easily coping with our lack of French! First time we visited this part of France and we really enjoyed it. 1 hour from the Roscoff ferry."

"We have just had a magical stay in Santec. The photos really don't do the house and the location justice. Yvonne had gone to a big effort to make sure the house was spotless on arrival and had put fresh flowers in the house and made 40 fresh crepes along with jam and marmalade. "A wonderful house in a great location. We only used the downstairs as there were only 2 of us with our dog but there would have been plenty of space for a family. The documentation provided for the house appliances was excellent. Perhaps somewhere to dry wet items would have been useful in varied weather! It might have been us but we only found a few TV stations were available. We enjoyed the area greatly"

"Perfect house for a week away with the family. Kids loved the pool, which was great for when the weather was a bit cloudy. Beaches are really close by and easy to access. The hot tub was ideal as well, and well maintained. Lots of beds for our large family one double downstairs with adjacent shower room for parents, then two double rooms plus a room with two singles and a bunk bed upstairs for the kiddies."

The property was great and the private pool was superb. Perfect to splash around in and play in the heat - we even went in when it was raining! "While the house was clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated and obviously a well-renovated quaint older substance building…..NOTHING can top the terrace facing the ocean in the back of the house. With the location of the house at the end of the street and well-situated screens/walls the deck is completely private, right on the edge of the ocean above granite boulders, so when the tide comes in you can hear the waves breaking…nothing says vacation more than soaking in the hot tub to that...
