"A wonderful house in a great location. We only used the downstairs as there were only 2 of us with our dog but there would have been plenty of space for a family. The documentation provided for the house appliances was excellent. Perhaps somewhere to dry wet items would have been useful in varied weather! It might have been us but we only found a few TV stations were available. We enjoyed the area greatly"

"Lovely property, 5 minute walk to the coastal path and then a couple of minutes to the nearest beach with a lovely restaurant (Le Theven). Bikes, table tennis, table football and games all available and in great condition. Really helpful host with ideas. Peaceful setting. Only 30 mins from Roscoff. Lots of beautiful beaches nearby. "We have just had a magical stay in Santec. The photos really don't do the house and the location justice. Yvonne had gone to a big effort to make sure the house was spotless on arrival and had put fresh flowers in the house and made 40 fresh crepes along with jam and marmalade. "Perfect house for a week away with the family. Kids loved the pool, which was great for when the weather was a bit cloudy. Beaches are really close by and easy to access. The hot tub was ideal as well, and well maintained. Lots of beds for our large family one double downstairs with adjacent shower room for parents, then two double rooms plus a room with two singles and a bunk bed upstairs for the kiddies."

"While the house was clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated and obviously a well-renovated quaint older substance building…..NOTHING can top the terrace facing the ocean in the back of the house. With the location of the house at the end of the street and well-situated screens/walls the deck is completely private, right on the edge of the ocean above granite boulders, so when the tide comes in you can hear the waves breaking…nothing says vacation more than soaking in the hot tub to that...

As well as being great for the kids who loved the pool, hot tub and garden, the layout made it very relaxing for us as well as it is easy to keep an eye on everyone.
