I think it would help if you mention that parking for the property is Jardines 7/8 and give number of parking spot. This would have made life so much easier. "I was there for 8 days with my 5 year old on vacation and the property owner never gave us the wristbands for the pool so I had to drive everyday to Murcia, Cartagena and the beach (40 minutes away). "Comms with the property rep were very good and check in was easy. Location is perfect overlooking the main square But, inside there were several issues such as water leaking from the top bathroom into the bathroom underneath, light switches that were counterintuitive to say the least, a lovely looking jetted tub which the jets didn’t work in, and a funky smell from the dishwasher area - that added up to us not being able to strongly recommend this. "Sauberkeit gleich null ( Dusche, Herd, Töpfe, Tassen, Teller, Schüsseln dreckig, Wasserkocher verkalkt) Haare auf Bettlacken und Staub unterm Bett. Wir haben es der Dame die uns den Schlüssel gab und die Ferienwohnung zeigte gesagt und Bilder geschickt, aber keine Nachbesserung nur sorry sie gibt's weiter, dafür sind 60€ Reinigungskosten zuviel und wir bitten um eine Lösung der zuviel bezahlten Reinigungskosten. Bilder könnte ich auch bereit stellen damit man sieht das es wirklich nicht sauber...

"The villa is as described and has everything you would need to have a relaxing holiday. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return A few things we would suggest is having enough sun loungers for the amount of people advertised as being able to stay, a small thing but would be nice for everyone to be able to relax by the pool, as well as some parasols. The 4 stars for check in is purely because of confusion over arrival time that wasn’t clearly communicated to us prior to arrival....
