"Property is very clean and modern, room is decent size. I was worried I’ll hear the lobby party in my room - not even a bit! Plus party ends at reasonable hour, very thoughtful of guests who are tired after skiing. "Hotel Le CouCou is a wonderful property! The room was so spacious and comfortable and every detail wasn't missed! The staff at the ski room was exceptional!!!! 10 and made my ski trip even more enjoyable! "Lovely cosy, clean and friendly hotel away, 5m walk to gondola up to Courchevel 1850. Room was excellent. Only notable issue is the wait staff in the bar / restaurant tend to get overwhelmed at busy breakfast, apres ski and dinner times. They need to employ more and some experienced management to run them efficiently. "

60th birthday family trip.

"Everything was lovely in the apartment with all just as it should be. As we walked in it was just as the photos had advertised. The owner/host was really helpful and friendly. The ski in ski out and the position on the slopes was brilliant. My only complaint was the long walk from the car drop off with luggage etc with only 4 lifts servicing loads of apartments. Trolleys were meant to be available but were few and far between . Having said that we would return another time. "

Great ski in and out studio flat directly on slope

"We had a great week in this flat ! Initially it was a bit difficult to find the flat with all our luggage as you walk into the main building when you arrive, but then need to walk through various walkways/ corridors before getting to the lift core and then take lift down to the floor E, but once you read the instructions and look at the photos, it’s very clear. Once you are in the flat, ski in and out is amazing and you’ll be directly on the slope (next to Proneige ski school). Flat is well arranged with plenty of space for storage. Flat is south facing and we had sun from 930-4pm in December. It’s the best location we’ve stayed in so far in Val Thorens! "

Rare Val Thorens Superb apartment in detached chalet. Calm, cocooning.

Val Thorens Chalet Apartment

"The property manager, Chantal, was extremely helpful throughout, always responding quickly to any questions before and during our visit. The property itself was spacious and homely with plenty of room for our party of 6, each couple was able to have their own bedroom. We all loved the new pellet wood burning stove which kept the apartment lovely and warm. This was one of the best equipped chalet's in which we have stayed, especially with regards to the kitchen. There was even a boot warming cupboard in the chalet and outside, lockable storage for skis. The slopes and Plein Sud chair lift are very close by. It's a 15 minute uphill walk into the town centre, but only 10 minutes on the way back."
