If I were forced to criticize anything, it would be that the downstairs neighbors could be a bit quieter later in the evening (the worst was bouncing balls around indoors at 11PM) - but that's something the host will have limited control over and we and our kids managed to sleep well enough anyway. "Came to NY to spend time with son, daughter-in-law, family and meet new little grand-daughter. Very clean, friendly atmosphere, close to our relatives, easy access, parking and services. Definitely would return!"

"We stayed with John for a concert at the capital theater, which is only about 20 minutes away. It was perfect for what we needed, much bigger than the pictures showed. Only complaint was that the balcony door did not lock/ shut completely so there was a slight draft in the apartment, other than that, it was a great stay!"

"This house was so close to my relatives and is clean, nice touch of snacks. My input would be to put in a sectional sofa vs. the two seater they have. The house could accommodate 4 but honestly the living room would be uncomfortable as is. We were only 2 but we couldn’t lounge. There is no cable tv, only free Samsung. We could access our Netflix but no CNN "

"I would not recommend. Apt is old and not clean. There’s a disgusting old rug in the bedroom. Dead spiders stuck to the wall. Loads of dust in ever corner. We ended up leaving the property early to stay elsewhere."

"The apartment was lovely. The building is new so everything was pretty. The shower was wonderful with loads of essentials. I never figured out which fob was for the building’s front door but access to the unit was easy once I figured out that the code was for always."
