I had a special needs child with me and he was treated well and had a great time exploring. He made a bit of a mess at breakfast and the kitchen staff took care of it without getting upset. "Very old time looking hotel in the heart or a college town. Check in was smooth and the room was clean and spacious and completely different versus a normal hotel room we’ve all come accustomed too. Only issue was upon reviewing my bill after checkout there was a $50 incidentals charge on top of the room charge that was never explained. Once you check out and the room is good they reverse it but it take 3-5 business days to be refunded. "
