I slept on top of the blankets with my clothes and shoes on. There were hairs between the sheets - blood in the bathtub. There was a strong musty smell in the room. I didn't take anything into the room because I was afraid of what I would carry out. They jacked the prices up to almost double what they advertised on their website because there was a WVU football game.
I liked nothing about the property. The hotel is old, it smells, the room and the carpet smells badly and the bathroom was so dirty to where we went to the store to buy cleaning products to try to make it livable for one night. What we did to make it clean and smell good wasn't enough, so we left to a cleaner and nicer hotel although we didn't get a refund from the econo hotel. My family and myself will never stay there again, and we will not recommend anyone else to stay there as well.
The carpets in the hallways are disgustingly stained, and i tried not to think what they were stained with. When i got to the room, the water in the toilet was discolored so i figured it was bad water and made sure not to drink it. After i used the restroom and flushed, the water was more discolored and not all of the tp went down. I flushed a second time and the water went clear. So when I got there there was still urine from someone else. People were in the hallways and in the parking lot yelling until 4am. Some of those people looked to be employees. If you can afford to go elsewhere, DO IT!
Staff was friendly but the room was filthy and the bed was not comfortable, I get surge pricing during the football games but at 300 a night you could clean the rooms better.
Well, where do you want me to start. The building was a mess. The rooms so dirty and stayed for 2 nights and didn't have housekeeping come in to at least give us new linens. We had to use the same towels both days. Too be honest this place needs to shut down and have a total remodel. Can't believe the owners can't see what they have.
The room wasn't clean. A little bit of toilet paper no extra. Mold on the ceiling of the shower. Front desk was absolutely rude and acted like it was such a big deal that we asked for an extra towel! It was a cheap hotel!

Disliked: Staff & service
You’re getting exactly what you pay for. If all you need is a place to sleep, this is a place for you. If you’re expecting the Hilton, that’s not what you’re getting.
Overall it wasn’t terrible for the price, but there were stains on the sheets and bed. It was very hot in the hallways. The staff was great, but definitely in need of a deep cleaning of the property and updating.
We arrived at night and most of the lights on the sign were out - it went downhill from there. The bathroom sink was clogged with facial hair so the water wouldn’t go down. We have a similar issue with the shower draining. It was gross!
New flooring was nice, bed was clean.
Walls were dirty and bathroom was outdated. A bug crawled out from under the toilet and ran under the cabinet. Bathroom floor was dirty.
