"The studio apartment was as described and suited my needs for a week long work trip to the area. The hot tub was a perk at night. Total first world problem, but the pillows were pretty hammered on the bed. That was really my only issue with my stay. "

"The place was incredibly clean and comfortable. The host was amazing and had some of the best communication that I have experienced. The only complaint that I have is that sound travels too easily from the top unit to the bottom and could get rather obnoxious if you have noisy neighbors. Other than that amazing experience and would highly recommend."

"It looks like the pictures in the listing and matches the description. It was a great, clean place to stay, next to many popular places to visit nearby, and was a perfect option for a family of 5 for 6 days. There was a lot of stuff there that we could use that we appreciated. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Fairbanks or nearby areas."

"Overall the stay was very positive, the only issue we had and I will preface this "we booked very late". When our employees arrived the house had not been cleaned, but the manager sent over cleaners right away and they got the place cleaned and ready for their stay. I think it was just a scheduling thing with how late we had booked the day prior to check-in. "

"Stayed at the studio on a work trip. Beautiful, peaceful location outside of town. Studio is extremely clean and outfitted with everything you could possibly need. The host even left snacks, drink options, and other staples for use. And the bed was extremely comfortable. My only complaint is that there is another rental unit above the studio which I did not see mentioned in the details (I could have missed it). It was quite noisy when they would go up and down the stairs and when they moved...

The aviation theme was an added bonus for a pilot like myself. "Quite and safe Neighborhood. Joe is very cool and made our stay very comfortable. We got to see Aurora just by stepping out of house. Would definitely recommend for families. They provided everything you would need in a home. It really felt like home away from home."

"We had an amazing time at this wonderful property. The cabin fit two adult couples very well and we had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive throughout. Then beyond the beautiful space, we had the BEST time meeting the sled dogs and learning all about life in the area. We would absolutely stay again!"
