"We had as many as 15 people staying overnight during our stay. Had to be a little creative with sleeping arrangements but we made it work. A well appointed kitchen made it nice to feed everyone at the house. Loved the location too."

"Our group has an annual Fall outing that usually puts us in Southern MO or Northern Arkansas. We elected to stay much closer to the KC metro and found the One of a Kind Lodge. The house is beautiful and built with high end materials and finishes. The view to the East is spectacular. Plan on taking walks, fishing, cooking and sitting in rocking chairs. We had a very relaxing long weekend."

"We enjoyed our stay overall, but we did encounter a couple of issues that impacted our experience and would like to provide you with this constructive feedback.First, we were disappointed to find two fragrance plug-ins in the main rooms upon arrival, despite prior assurances that none would be used. "On our way home, we decided to stop in Kansas City for the night and visit a few local attractions. We chose this apartment for an overnight stay, and it was amazing. Yes there are many stairs to climb, but once you have your luggage upstairs it was no big deal. And it was very easy to get to other attraction from this location. Next time I’m in Kansas City I definitely plan to stay here again."

"We loved the pool and the sweet shop. We were able to get our very tired young children snacks at 10pm after spending the evening in the pool. All the staff were kind and friendly. The room and the building was clean and everything was newer. I absolutely loved the Dove care products, even in the public restroom. My daughter and I have very curly hair so pools do a number on our hair. We had Dove shampoo and conditioner which made a huge difference. I'll be purchasing Dove products from here on out. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the coffee was delicious. We'll be staying at IHG hotels in the future. Very satisfied and impressed."
