"We had as many as 15 people staying overnight during our stay. Had to be a little creative with sleeping arrangements but we made it work. A well appointed kitchen made it nice to feed everyone at the house. Loved the location too."

"Our group has an annual Fall outing that usually puts us in Southern MO or Northern Arkansas. We elected to stay much closer to the KC metro and found the One of a Kind Lodge. The house is beautiful and built with high end materials and finishes. The view to the East is spectacular. Plan on taking walks, fishing, cooking and sitting in rocking chairs. We had a very relaxing long weekend."

"Read this review - I have stayed here multiple times! If you are looking for an extended stay property, this is the place to stay. The property is in excellent shape, the units look EXACTLY like the photos! The property is very well run, the staff is amazing. The property is tucked away in a professional neighborhood, so it is very quiet. The building is secured, we felt very safe. Towels, linens, etc were in excellent condition.
