"Excellent property, visited by scarlet macaws, toucans, two types of monkeys and howlers near by. The hosts Milena and Alberto very kind and helpful but totally inobtrusive. Nice pool and four of the most friendly dogs. Grocery shops, bus stop and good restaurants with in easy walking distance. Spent excellent day in Manuel Antonio Park with host family plus their son ( Felipe ) a park ranger. "

"My husband, sister, neice, and I had a wonderful time at this gorgeous vacation home. Very clean with comfy beds, a big covered deck, a refreshing pool, and plenty of space. Bud was helpful and friendly, and provided clear directions and a booklet of wonderful recommendations. We saw macaws and monkeys from the deck and living room. "This house is perfect! Clean, well-equipped, awesome view! My husband and another couple stayed here for about a week. We walked up to the most magnificent sunset and the rest of the trip did not disappoint either. Maria Fernanda is the best concierge! She set us up with excursions, taxis, shuttles to and from the airport. She answered all of our questions too! The pool was so refreshing and the porch was relaxing. We would go back to this house next week if we didn’t have to return to...

"The house is great and well equipped. We stayed for a month and all we could need was there. Foldable chairs on the property for the beach as well as pool floaties. The location is up quite a large hill from the beach and has stairs to the pool so not appropriate for someone with a mobility issue. There is a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance.Owner and property manager are great and respond immediately. "

"The property was very nice and in a great part of the country. We especially enjoyed seeing the monkeys, various birds and iguanas in the trees and deck each day. We walked into town each day, shopping and experiences the restaurants. Quepos was nice as well other tourist attractions in the area. Marie was helpful, arranging tours and giving recommendations. The property did need some maintenance, for example, the master shower head needs replacing, and the pool area needed some painting...

"My family stayed here for a week. The house itself is lovely, clean, well decorated and well equipped. The owner was responsive and easy to deal with.We really enjoyed our time in the Hermosa Palms community. Beach access is a couple of minutes walk away and we took long walks on the beach every day.The community pool is large and well kept, with a great bar and kitchen. The food is very good pub food. "Solitude and sun with all the necessities. Absolutely loved this place. The grounds were fantastic, enjoyed the pool daily, and opted to stay in the pool house because of the outdoor shower. I wish i could have stayed here longer. Felt secluded enough but the beach and restaurants either a short walk or quick drive away. If i had to give anything negative and this is a stretch the water could have been hotter for the showers. "

"We stayed at this beautiful villa, oceanfront for 3 weeks. Very satisfied with the location and property. We were extremely well taken care of by Luci and Luis, or property managers. They were very helpfull and kind! We would highly recommend this vacation home!"

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. The listing pictures however did not accurately depict what was or was not in the house. For example there were no televisions in the house and the dining room furniture was not as depicted and needed to be updated. For example, the chairs did not match the height of the table and were uncomfortable. The pool was fabulous but the furniture around the pool was not very comfortable. Fernando and Maria were very responsive whenever we needed anything."

"After this stay I think boutique hotels will be our new favourites. The hotel was small, quiet and comfortable. It was clean with a very spacious room and a balcony overlooking the pools and jungle-like setting where we could see monkeys, etc. The staff at the hotel provide excellent service and help with explaining excursions and recommend ones that suit your specific wants/needs. "I loved staying at this hotel. I wanted to see animals, be close to the jungle/forrest and feel like I was in nature. I saw monkeys right outside my window and monkeys and iguanas by the pool. I wish the pool were lit up at nighttime. "

"The Falls was great. The staff were all amazing, friendly, and helpful. Location was close to many restaurants. Breakfast was great at the resort and all other food was wonderful. Happy hour drinks we enjoyed. Daily housekeeping. Pool was relaxing."

"Loved that we had a nice view and it was walking distance to the park and beach. I think the container design is so interesting. The breakfast was delicious. The steps gave a good workout and the golf cart rides were much appreciated. "

"We loved this property. Its on a gorgeous beach with warm water and has a lovely well maintained pool. The grounds are well kept up, have monkeys, agoutis and iguanas running around. Beds were comfortable and our AC worked well. Drinks and food and breakfasts were all great. Will stay here again"
