"I stayed in a female quad room and was pleasantly surprised that there was a bathroom in our room. My bed was extremely comfortable. I appreciated being told at check in that I could ask for additional blankets. I loved the tall windows and the view. My quad companions were very quiet. I also appreciated having access to the lounge- the hot water to make my own coffee at any time. The environment in the lobby was inviting and comfortable. There were numerous restaurants, cvs, and grocery stores nearby. I am an experienced hostel vistiter so I have many to compare this to. I am impressed."

"Check-in to the hotel was nice and friendly. The service at the rooftop bar was less than enjoyable as we had to go to the bar to order & our food came out in a cardboard box with no plates and silver or napkins ! Definitely not what a guest at a 4 star hotel expects! "
