This beautiful, spacious, three-story home is located in the luxurious tropical gated community, 24hr security resort of Playacar Fase 1 , in Playa del Carmen. Tropical gardens surround the home, 4 terraces offer a view of nature's paradise and the beauty of the Caribbean Sea. The home was totally remodeled in May 2018, there are 5 large private comfortable bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, each equipped with air conditioning as well as ceiling fans. Each room is embellished with hand made local exotic wood furniture, all rooms are tastefully decorated.

- There are 4 newly renovated bathrooms.
- Marble floors flow throughout the home.
- Security safes in each bedroom.

Ground Floor
The main entrance opens to a large living room with a magnificent view through a 20ft x 15ft window, which displays a natural cenote nestled in a tropical jungle. Exotic birds (squawking parrots) and small native animals such as the gentle Mexican Agouti can be seen daily. If you are lucky you may also see spider monkeys swinging from the trees.

Ground floor bedrooms:
- Large master bedroom with king size bed.
- The 2nd bedroom consists of 2 double beds
- 3rd bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.
Laundry room is also located on the ground floor.

2nd FLOOR:
- Large Master King bedroom and en-suite bathroom
- Large fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities required for those who love to cook or hire a cook (available upon request).
- Large dining room and 2nd living room which overlooks the main living room room on the ground floor, the same large window view of the cenote and tropical jungle is also captured from this floor.
- Patio doors open up to balconies from bedroom and living room.
- Large 120sqft terrace with patio table and chairs and BBQ.

3rd FLOOR:
- Large Master bedroom with kingsize bed. private en-suite bathroom, 12 foot high domed ceiling.
- Large modern bathroom, Fine imported Italian Arabescato marble envelops entire bathroom.
- Bedroom has 2 private terraces
- Large 320 sqft terrace, can hold up to 30 people.
- Stairs lead to 2 scenic roof top terraces with ocean view and the island of Cozumel, great for private sunbathing or stargazing at night.

All the linens and covers are of high quality for your nightly comfort. Maid service every second day is included so you can spend more time relaxing, bottled water is supplied for your convenience, and Sergio our property manager is always available to help you make your stay the most pleasant possible. The beach is footsteps away, and Playa's famous 5th ave. a 3 minute walk, the ferry service to Cozumel and Isla Mujeres is a 5 minute walk . You can enjoy all that Playa has to offer or just relax on our beautiful beaches all in walking distance.

Beautiful home, perfect group trip
The house is gorgeous, exactly as seen in the pictures, lots of lovely areas to lounge in the sun. The house is very well maintained, incredibly clean, fully stocked laundry and kitchen which was great for us as we had our toddler on this trip. Comfortable beds with high quality sheets. Tony and Sergio both made everything easy, highly recommend staying here, we will be back for sure.

Beautiful home great host!
Our first time to rent a home in Playa vs. a resort. This home was perfect location to beach, restaurants, and the plunge pool was a perfect spot to end our afternoon’s! I definitely recommend booking Laura to cook. Breakfast was amazing I only wished I had booked her for more meals. Sergio the host was always responsive to help me get in touch with locals to book excursions and give any advice, Jorge the transportation was perfect as well! I had some issues with VRBO and my account and even the homeowner Tony reached out to me to be sure everything was going well! Will definitely recommend this home! 10/10!

Family Celebration
Our family gathered for the grandfather's special birthday - 7 adults and 2 children. The house has the perfect arrangement for multiple adults and children. The kitchen and living areas are well appointed. I was a little skeptical about the small size of the pool but the kids absolutely loved it. The house manager and housekeeping were exceptional. Beach is a short walk as are restaurants so the location was good for a group with different interests. Had a minor concern about the traffic and noise. It seemed that every construction service used the nearby entrance to Playcar more than any other so we had to be vigilant about the kids walking in the area.

We had a such a great time at Casa Sueño Dorado! Tony's home is beautiful, a perfect spot for our family to enjoy our beach vacation. We loved the pool, the beach and the lively pedmall. Sergio, the property manager, couldn't have been more helpful and available to answer any questions or to set up excursions and transportation. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful family vacation!!
Casa Sueno Dorado was an outstanding home for our family event. The house was beautiful, just as pictured, recently updated with luxurious appointments and had everything that we needed. Close to downtown eating and shopping, very short walk to beach and convenient to other excursions/attractions. Sergio was extremely helpful for our entire stay and our first night meal prepared by his mother was exceptional. Great house for any family event or celebration.

Wonderful Vacation
We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Sueno Dorado. Sergio, the property manager, was wonderful. He was extremely helpful prior to our arrival in arranging transports, grocery shopping, and answering questions to help us plan our trip. He met us there on our arrival and got us settled in and then was available throughout our stay if anything came up. He arranged for his mother to make a delicious meal on the night of our arrival and it was excellent. The home itself is beautiful, was spotless on our arrival, and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our time on the beach (towels, chairs, coolers). We were central to beach, shopping, and restaurants but felt tucked away from crowds or noise. We had the best time here with our family and friends!

The house was great as was the house manager and owner. Both addressed any challenges we had right away and even helped us plan our last minute excursion desires. Best of all the house mangers (Sergio) mother is a fabulous cook and made some amazing Mexican food while we were out. What a treat to return home to! Thanks to Tony (owner) for all his communication before during and after our rental, it made it all so easy. Everyone was fabulous and we had a very good time.

Wonderful family vacation for 4 generations!
Casa Sueno Dorado is a gorgeous, beautifully decorated, spacious house with rooms, terraces and balconies on all levels. It was absolutely perfect for my extended family, including an active toddler. The property manager Sergio was always available to answer questions and suggest activities. His mother's cooking was varied and delicious and gave us full meals for 9 with left overs for lunch. Maria the housekeeper does an impeccable job and was available for extra cleaning when family members came and left. The beach and all amenities are a short walk from the house which made it ideal to do things together or separately. The pool was lovely after the beach and so was the roof top terrace for relaxing before or after dinner. We made wonderful memories at Casa Sueno Dorado! Thank you Tony!

Perfect for families with pre teens and teenagers
The location and amenities for this house were exactly what we needed. Umbrellas, chairs, coolers, beach towels, everything you need for a day at the beach. It is so close to walk to the ferry, downtown, and the beach. Bikes to ride to the grocery store. The list goes on. Sergio was always available when we needed to call him. He bought us groceries and made salsa and mojitos for our late arrival on the first night. I can’t imagine an easier trip. The only thing I would say could be improved upon would be to add a dishwasher.

Tony and Lucie are very helpful and prompt with responses. They arranged pick up from the airport, and went in person to the property to make sure everything was working before our arrival. The property itself is nothing short of amazing. Best location within Playacar as access to the beach, 5ave and 10 Ave are all a 2-3 minute walk. The cleaner was on time and the place was spotless. The house comes with all needed details...from proper amount of dishes, to ice packs, to beach accessories, to extra towels and sheets, this property has everything you want and need. Staying in this property with 8 tenants truly made our trip. I have stayed in Playacar phase 1 before at a different property and in comparison, I don't think there is a better than casa sueno Dorado.

Perfect location and beautiful property
We loved our stay at Casa Sueno Dorado! The location is a dream- a five minute walk to the beach in one direction and a five minute walk to shops, and restaurants in another. The home is amazing. Everyone had their own private space and several locations where family could gather together to visit. The rooms were cleaned every other day which we appreciated after our sandy days at the beach. We enjoyed the beautiful balconies and mature trees that provided privacy and made you feel as if you were in a tree house. Sergio, the property manager was thorough and extremely helpful. He arranged a driver for us, as well as covid testing prior to our departure. He even offered to have his mother to cook a meal for us. Both he and Tony, the property owner, were incredibly prompt in answering our questions and helping us prepare for an amazing week with our family. Thank you Tony and Sergio for a magical week!

Incredible home
We had the best vacation here with our family. There was plenty of space for everyone. The location is perfect for 5th ave shopping, the ferry, and the beach. Just a few minute walk to each. The home is in a guarded neighborhood and we enjoyed the pool and cooking a few meals at the house. Sergio was so helpful and arranged transportation for us and answered lots of questions. The house was so clean which we appreciated. Towels were provided but there was no soap or shampoos for the bathrooms so just come prepared with enough for your stay. Plenty of kitchen supplies and 2 bikes to ride. The rooftop decks were beautiful to sit at night. AC in all the bedrooms. There was lots of seaweed on the beach when we were there but we still enjoyed walking the beach and the neighborhood. We could not have picked a better home for our stay. You will not be disappointed staying here.

Beautiful house in an excellent location
We had a wonderful time at casa sueno Dorado. The house was beautiful and the location could not have been better, just 2 minutes walk from 5th avenue, although you wouldn't know it as you're surrounded by what can only be described as jungle, along with all the nature that comes with it, from iguanas to spider monkeys, which were great to watch through the 20 foot main window. The house is very well equipped with everything you could need, including bicycles and beach chairs etc. And is well decorated with bespoke furniture. No IKEA future here! The management company were great and kept us well stocked with bottled water and house cleaning. The rooftop terrace was beautiful at night and a great place to sit and watch the stars. If there were any negatives, I would have wished for a dishwasher, and maybe a bathtub, but neither of these can detract from a 5 star vacation. Thanks to Tony and Lucie for a wonderful time.

Awesome experience!
Our blended family of 6 stayed at Casa Sueno Dorado during Christmas week 2008. What a lovely home! It was nice to have fans and A/C in all the bedrooms and in the main living areas. For a family with 3 adult children and one teenager, the bedrooms/bathrooms were perfect for us. It was great to have laundry right in the house. Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards helped us enjoy our trips to the beach right down the road. We loved the close walk to the beach and to downtown. The neighbors were very friendly and the home was in excellent condition. New appliances in the kitchen and new outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing and cooling off in the afternoon. Rooftop deck got great afternoon sun. Many patios for relaxing. We were thrilled to have Christmas dinner on the patio - a luxury we can never experience in Minnesota!! I would definitely recommend this rental. It really felt like home away from home!!
