Unwind in the contemporary elegance of the Master Bedroom, complete with an adjoining bathroom featuring a luxurious full bath and rain shower. A second bathroom awaits, boasting its own refreshing rain shower. Nestled in a serene condo complex, yet centrally located near vibrant shopping, dining, and nightlife, this vacation rental offers the perfect blend of tranquility and excitement. With on-site amenities including a Laundromat, underground parking, Wi-Fi, pool, and massage therapy, your dream vacation awaits!

**NOTE: The central location of this property gives you access to the best that downtown Playa del Carmen has to offer. Due to its location next to restaurants and bars, you could experience some noise at this location. We do not offer refunds for noise issues. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay! Beginning May 15 through the end of Oct, painting of the facades of the condominium will start. We will be using hanging scaffolding and ladders, and the staff will be working from 9 am to 5 pm Mon- Fri., and 9-12pm on Saturdays.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- The beach condition changes everyday, weather and hurricanes tend to affect how wide the sand area is in our photos and sometimes the water reaches up to the deck.

This was our first time in Playa, and this place did not disappoint. In my opinion it’s the best on this stretch of beach. I would recommend to all my friends. I would give it more than 5 stars if that was possible. The infinity pool looking out to the ocean is dreamy. Absolutely loved it. Everyone that works there are so nice, n helpful. Getting a message at the pool area was so amazing I did it more the once. Would definitely stay again

We stayed here for 3 days to celebrate our anniversary and had a wonderful time. The condo was exactly like the pictures show. We were only two people but if you are bringing any more guests, there is a privacy curtain near the pull out couch which we thought was great if we had come with anyone else. Everything was perfect- check in and out was seamless and the staff at the front desk were so friendly. The place was clean and comfortable and the view was breathtaking. We also adhere to kosher dietary laws and this place was walking distance to some kosher restaurants. We would be happy to come here again and again!! Thank you!

PERFECT!
Absolutely amazing! Beautiful, clean, modern, spacious and the perfect location. Safe and secure. Beach view near all of the shops and restaurants and ferry. Filtered water and.comfy bed. Best spot in PDC!
This is our second stay at El Faro. We love the location, so close to 5th ave and the beach, with Walmart and the Mega with in walking distance. Building and pool are very well kept. We are definetly returning.

Fabulous Stay at El Faro
This condo has a gorgeous infinity pool and is steps from the ocean. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the condo was clean and well appointed. Perfect for families with a full kitchen and walking distance to WalMart for groceries. Also great for an adults only vacay with clubs, bars and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the ferry as well. Highly recommend! We will be back.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was directly on the ocean. Morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on the balcony were very enjoyable. It is next to a beach front restaurant that had very good food made more enjoyable by eating at a table on the beach with the waves lapping at your feet. Highly recommend this stay. Property manager was very responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay. The unit was exactly as pictured. The ocean view was spectacular. It’s in a perfect location to everything Playa has to offer. The front desk staff were very helpful. Opportunity for improvement would be a system to not allow people to claim the pool chairs early in AM and then leave them unattended for long periods. Overall, we’d love to return someday and would want Surf 308 again!!

Great condo, excellent location.
We had a great time at El Faro. The property was clean and safe. 24 hour security. Superb location. Stay off 5th Ave if you want to make any purchases as that area is a rip off. The saving the chair issue by the pool exists here, just like about everywhere else. The chair dance was entertaining to watch at 8:00am every morning from our ocean side deck. They are doing their best to clean up the sea weed. We felt safe walking everywhere. The police and national guard make themselves known and at no time did it feel unsafe. The food in the area was great. The condo was very comfy. Great king sized bed. Very nice bathrooms. Well appointed kitchen and there was plenty of clean drinking water. Giant TV with Netflix, Utube, Prime etc. The staff was kind and friendly.

Birthday vacation
This was our first time in the Cancun area. We were shocked at how humid it was there; uncomfortable humid. Fortunately we had an air conditioner that worked very well. The views from the balcony were amazing. The place was very clean and the bed and pillows were to our liking. Enough space for about 5 people if you are sleeping on the sofa in the living room. The person in charge of the pool was very attentive. Walmart was two blocks from condo. The only hiccup was the tv in the living room; we could not figure out how to watch a movie or regular channels (too many remote controls). We did watch movies on the bedroom tv but I would have prefer to use the gigantic tv in the living. Overall; I would recommend staying at this condo.

GREAT PLACE, GREAT LOCATION AND GREAT PRICE
THE CONDO IS EXCELLENT AND IN A VERY GOOD LOCATION, BEACHFRONT ONE BLOCK FROM FIFTH AVENUE.... THE ONLY THING I WOULD RECOMMEND IS TO REPLACE THE SOFA BED , BECAUSE IT IS ALREADY IN VERY BAD CONDITION. THAT'S THE ONLY BAD THING WE FOUND. FROM THE REST, I WOULD STAY AGAIN
