We have been to several high end all inclusives and the food was really inedible. The food was wonderful here. The staff were exceptional. The grounds are impeccable. Always being cleaned and highly maintained. We will definitely go back!!

Es lo que se espera de un todo incluido. No más ni menos. Las instalaciones ya están un poquito viejas peor bien mantenidas! El servicio de los restaurantes es muy malo, aunque la comida muy buena. La discoteca esta hecha 100% para gringos, el dj es muy muy malo y el reggeaton mas actualizado que tienen es gasolina (2005 o más viejo) pero en general se puede pasar un buen momento Si van a ir a este hotel vale muchisimo la pena pagar el Royal Service!! Para poder acceder a los buenos restaurantes y servicios

Overall, this was a great all-inclusive experience for couple in mid-40s celebrating 20th wedding anniversary. Our kids are grown up and were not with us. Restaurants were the best of any all-inclusive resort we have been to, probably 7 or 8 now in total. The service was excellent as we have come to expect in Mexico. Beach was really nice and clean. However, conditions for playing in the water and swimming were not ideal because of significant areas of shallow rocky bottom. Also, although it was a plus for us, I would note that there was limited night time activity. The Red Lounge, which stays open till 2am, was not particularly nice.

Everything was absolutely amazing! All the restaurant selections were terrific and delicious. Lounge/bar areas very nice. Staff from checkin to check out was top notch! There was nothing that I went without.

Place is great - and the royal service check in was seamless. I never had a problem. The people are so nice! You definitely want to try Mole, Fuego - best food by far. The other restaurants were great but those two took the cake. Also La Palapa only for royal service guests is AMAZING!!!

The service and food is first class, many choices of restaurants so you can eat someplace different every night. super clean everywhere. The use of pools and water gardens along with modern designs, from the rooms to common areas is so well done. Second time here. If you are looking for lots of night entertainment, this is pretty simple stuff, very low key.
