This place is a vacationer’s heaven, even a longer-term stay is perfect, because you won’t need a car at all. You can walk anywhere. It’s only 2 blocks to 5th Avenue and a block the other way to the beach and the Caribbean Sea! Just about everything you could need is just a short walk away. There’s even a Super Walmart in walking distance!
There are also so many things to see and do around Playa -- everything from the beach and beach clubs, water sports like snorkeling, scuba, paddle boarding, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes special to this area!), private yacht tours and fishing charters, golfing, day trips to Tulum or Cancun, and so much more!

Getting Around:
The condo is about 55.1 km | 34.2 miles or about a 45-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help! If you're driving, just check your mobile map apps when you arrive to get the driving time, as it varies based on time of day.
Other Things to Note:
**PLEASE NOTE this condo is currently up for sale and there could be a showing during your stay. Plenty of advanced notice will be given.
There is no daily cleaning. For long-term stays (21nights or more) guests will be charged an extra fee of $30 USD per week for mandatory mid-stay cleaning service. This will be scheduled with guests during their stay. The cleaning service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.
We are happy to assist you with additional services/arrangements such as airport transfers, housekeeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services. All of these services can be booked prior to your arrival. We are here to help you relax during your vacation.
There is a penalty of $12 USD per bracelet or magnetic card lost.
We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: drinking water, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Please note that these will not be refilled during your stay. if you would like to arrange grocery delivery, just let us know!
There's no washer or dryer at the property. However, laundry pick-up/drop-off service is available upon request and at an additional price.
Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. *Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and released 5 business days after check-out, provided all terms are met.
House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premise is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters will be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid from moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed.
- It is requested to use the safe box inside the condo for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area rules must be respected. The use of speaker/music devices in common areas is prohibited. Glasses, glass bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
