Do not stay there Back slinding door has no lock very unsafe also refigerator not working ac will leak water inside the house all this was reported to them and they did nothing also its a 1 floor there is no view the foto you see its on the 6 floor were the pool is

Highly recommend this property, clean, nice and in a very handy area close to beach and 5th avenue. Walmart also close for groceries.24/7 security. We really enjoyed our stay. Just a small suggestion would be nice to have a washing machine. Otherwise all good. Great pool area . Thank you

Nice Place w/Convenient Location
Great location and access to Ferry to Cozumel and access to Taxis. Some things this place could use would be kitchen towels/drying cloths, unless you don't plan on doing any cooking at all. Even Paper towels would be handy, as well as tissues in the bathroom. There's only 1 electrical outlet in the ktichen, so if you want the toaster and coffee maker on at the same time they'll be in a tiny space next to the stove and kitchen sink where there's a receptacle. Also, there was only 1 pillow on each of the beds. So, if you need more pillows you can head to Wal-Mart. No blankets either, just sheets. But you can adjust the temperature using the air conditioning units.

Overall, we had a good time at our rental property. The good aspects were the finishings and furnishings of the property. There is quite a bit of construction noise beginning at around 8 am from the neighbouring building, which often woke me up. We were disappointed that the building’s electricity and water was cut off on our last day when we had paid extra for a late check out, which turned out to be a waste of our money as we couldn’t freshen up before our flight without water. For foreigners traveling from North America, note that this unit is located in an area with a lot of locals nearby. It is very close to the Collectivo station where you can take a shuttle bus to Tulum for around 50 pesos.

Lovely apartment in a great location
The apartment was great and had everything we needed for a great stay in Playa Del Carmen. The building was very safe and rooftop pool was magnificent. The WiFi was great and was more than enough to support two people working. Location was amazing as it wasn’t right on the popular La Quinta but a very short walk to go to the beach, bars/clubs, or any restaurant. Also incredibly convenient for using the Ado bus from Cancun airport or the Cozumel ferry. Leo was also a very accommodating host and was always quick to reply when we had questions

Very nice stay.
nice building. secure with code access plus security. Rooftop pool is a nice space. The suite is spacious & clean. We only used the coffee maker, the kitchen is ready for action. I’m a dude, but peep this ladies - bring a travel makeup light- the bathroom are very nice, but dim lighting.Short stroll to the beach, el centro, a pier where the speed boats to cozumel dock. Isis is a very helpful concierge, so reach out with questions. She set up rapid covid testing in the suite for 24 hours prior to our flight- very convenient! She can also set up chef services, we were late to books- they fill up. Nice safe areas to walk around. Very nice stay!
